What do you say after waiting on hold for 59 min to speak to the receptionists WHY WHY WHY ????? WHO IS RESPONSIBLE I TRULY needed to speak to my doctor or any doctor. Now the office is closed and the recording is still saying wait for the next available receptionist. WHO is she and why is she NOT answering??? Believe me I did need to speak to a doctor or make an appointment.

had an endoscopy on a friday. dr. dhillon FORGOT to give me a much needed prescription upon discharge and complications ensued fri. night left repeated messages at office and surgery over the weekend. Not only did anyone ever call me back but I never received a "how are you feeling" phone call from surgery staff. Despite talking to various workers on Monday I did not get desired RX and drove to the office on Tuesday to physically obtain RX, Too many good dr.'s around to bother w/ this unprofessional bunch.
