Great doctors!
Haven't met any of the other doctors, but I have been seeing Dr. Morski for years before he came here and have had a great experience with him. Very personable and friendly, and always treats me respectfully. Shannon the nurse practitioner is also wonderful and very helpful. I have also been respected and given proper care as a transgender patient, and the office was very careful and thoughtful of preferred names and pronouns with me, and I found the desk staff to be very helpful and kind.
Appoinments, good, getting all the procedures, great. My BP med is unique and expensive. For 5 years a 10 minute call from my former cardiologist and my GP to my script insurance and it gets renewed for a year. Big lack of communication in this office though. No calls back, no forwarded messages to the Drs. 2 solid weeks since my pharmacy contacted them, one week since I spent 5 minus on the phone explaining the dire need for action. 4 days since I had any medicine. So today I called, no call back, no forwarding to the Dr. So I drove there. Made it fairly clear I was not leaving the office until I have medicine in hand. Got a month of samples,(last monday, 8 days ago the voice on the phone said there were no samples.) As of today with a personal visit the right hand seems to be able to find the left and submit the renewal. I left my last cardiologist to come here, he is great guy, no profesionalism in the staffing though. no folllow up, seems to be trending in these offices. Last one was Reisen in Paramus.
Highly recommend this place, BUT continue reading so you can read my one complaint. Staff and doctors are soo nice and amazing. When I walked in I immediately felt nice and friendly vibes from the staff. It was my first time here and I got a lot of work done— EKGs, echo, ultrasounds. HOWEVER, if you have to get your blood drawn, DO NOT use their lab corps. They are the only place that was completely unprofessional and rude. The nurse who took my blood handled me a little roughly. I’ve gotten countless bloodwork done and this was the first time that I’ve felt absolute pain from bloodwork.
Wish I could give them no stars! One of my 84-year-old father's meds increased in price from $8 to $92, and I was asking for a less expensive drug to be prescribed. Over the last week, I left 2 voice messages, a message on their Facebook page and sent 2 faxes which have been confirmed - and have had NO RESPONSE. I reached a human once, and the moment I said "prescription" she dumped me back into voicemail. They don't have to call me - just send a new Rx to the pharmacy. I'll find a way to pay for the refill and spend my time looking for a new cardiologist for Dad.
This place is ridiculous, they treat patients like dirt and their employees as well. As a patient I witnessed Dr. William Lee yelling at an employee over a piece of paper. Not a safe environment for people to feel comfortable at work or definitely to be seen as a patient! No respect and super unorganized!!!!!!!! Ask around before seeing Dr. William Lee.
The story is long and complicated bottom line is he showed no respect for the DNR nor did he take the advice of other Doctors treated the family poorly and did see the patient after surgery.
Excellent, as always
Dr William Lee is a brilliant, effective, exceptional cardiologist.Dr Lee is thorough, and incredibly perceptive to cardio nuances that go unnoticed by others. This fact is based on the life-saving diagnoses of myself and friends for whom I recommended Dr William Lee.Additionally, the entire support staff is of the highest caliber.
Totally professional and extremely caring. A dedicated and highly competent doctor.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
