Dr DePaola replaced my left hip less than 2 weeks ago. I’ve been pain free since about 2 days after the surgery. I am walking on my own & performing everyday tasks. Granted at a slower pace but it’s not even two weeks since the surgery. I feel ten years younger than I did a month ago!! Thank you Dr DePaola. You are a credit to your profession!! This doctor Frederick A. DePaola has to be the worst doctor I have ever been to. Went there for chronic knee pain. Had x-rays taken on site. Waiting in exam room to be seen. Finally Dr. Frederick A. DePaola comes strolling in. No introduction. Just sits down at a computer and asks..what are you here for? Duh? Did you even read my chart. So I tell him knee pain and try explaining my history with the knee and he rudely says enough..and continued typing. When he was finally done he examined the knee and after some minor manipulation comes out and says..I have no idea what's wrong. Hands me a script for blood work. No medication no brace no diagnosis. Two days later I went to Rothman and got a diagnosis and cortisone shot as well. Feeling better. This guy should not be practicing medicine. My opinion and it's only my opinion he needs to be terminated immediately.

Dr. DePaola has always had a positive experience for caring for my needs. He doesn't rush through my visits. He wants to help you get through your medical issues that is in his specialty. If your medical needs are out of his specialty, he will refer you to other specialists that are part of their business. He's great! The staff is also great to work with!
