Dr seems caring but it’s all fake. Vaclavik told me in my mom’s presence (we are both RNs) not to receive the Covid vaccine but of course would never document against ACOB, he was VERY rude to me on the phone (after faxing form and follow up calls) when I asked him to sign my medical exemption form for the vaccine for work because of pregnancy… all he had to do was say I’m pregnant, that took over a week and he finally signed it the last day I had to submit the form. He was telling me how busy he is at work and didn’t have time for that… excuse me, I’m a full time pregnant nurse at the hospital, I don’t have time for this!!! I like to be prepared so I started asking when I would be put out of work for my cesarean, he told me Jan. 15th…. I planned on telling my boss 4 weeks before my section date… December appointments come and go with no date as they we’re having “scheduling difficulties”. January 4th appointment comes and I am handed a letter stating that his office NO LONGER TAKES MY INSURANCE and that I need to find a new doctor!!!! What?! That was the scheduling difficulty?! At that point I left the office in tears, found a new doctor and made the earliest appointment of Jan. 21st… thing is I stopped working Jan. 15th… now because I didn’t have a doctor nobody will sign the disability papers for my leave… such a headache… finally got a section date of February 15th…. Love my new doctor too, sooo sweet and understanding…

Great. Very caring with a good sense of humor. Went further to recommend a further simple medical procedure that I can do myself. Something simple, yet important that other drs missed. LGBT friendly.

Dr Vaclavik is the most honest, real, down to earth doctor. So many times do I see docs in a bad mood, and you know it’s just another day at work. Dr V is always pleasant, eager to help and answer questions. Highly recommended.

(Kevin is my husband) Dr. V is wonderful! Very pleasant to speak with and very professional. I had to switch drs due to insurance reasons over a year ago and was so happy to be able to go back and he even remembered my last pregnancy! Would definitely recommend going to him.

Dr. Vaclavik is amazing and I would recommend him to all my family and friends. He’s extremely knowledgeable and you can tell he cares about his patients. He always listens to my questions and answers in a way that makes me understand. Very trusting and caring!!

My whole experience was great . The office staff is caring and very helpful. Dr Vaclavik was very attentive and listened carefully to even my smallest complaint and meet all my expectations as a new patient. I would highly recommend Dr. Vaclavik . Thank you !!
