Unfortunately I have to say BEWARE. I have been to this doctors office two times with my daughter. Neither time seeing a doctor only a nurse practitioner (truthfully they were okay) but the bigger problem is the conduct of his office staff belittling and disrespecting the patients I believe this only happens because the doctor is rarely there so there is no supervision this is something I had to deal with, getting scolded and reprimanded by an angry confrontational front desk clerk in a nurses outfit but, surely not a nurse because I'm sure nurses are taught bedside manners on how to speak with patients. If I was the only one I wouldn't be writing this post but in truth I have witnessed this happening with other Patience's as well, this is intolerable. Apologetically to the doctor who I have never met I'm sorry to say. I wouldn't recommend going to your practice by anyone who cares about their child or dignity.

Dr. Sasson is informative, likable, and kind, and he spends a lot of time with your little one. I can't describe how helpful every visit with him has been. He will answer every question you have. It's rare to find a doctor so willing to spend the time to answer your questions IN DETAIL.

I love most of the pediatricians at West Park but I did not enjoy Dr. Sasson very much. I felt as if he was not listening to me, he made me feel inadequate as a parent because I was following advise given to me by a previous doctor and he did not take the time to gain my sons trust. Instead he jumped right into the physical exam making me restrain my son while he was screaming. Other doctors there have had better luck because they had patience with my 2 year old. Next time I will request a different doctor as I love the staff and other doctors here.

This doctor is TOP NOTCH! He knows each of my 5 children and even asks how the others are doing at another child's appointment. He is so down to earth and easy to talk to. He is "old school" and likes the kids to be on table food rather then baby food. We have been seeing him for over 10 years now!!
