No bedside manner. Did not want to answer any questions. Never spoke directly to me. I left the office more upset then I was walking in.

I went to Dr. Nguyen for neck pain. I immediately was given two xrays without even speaking with anyone. He came in and proceeded to show me on the xray that I had arthritis in my neck and there was nothing I could do about it. He was a wiseguy/smart alec in the way he answered my questions without any empathy or compassion. He callously advised to do what I want because I didn't have much time left! Maybe he thinks it's great to tell it like it is, but he was oblivious to his delivery, his impact, and his audience. His emotional intelligence is zero. He also focused only on the negative, giving me no real details about what I could do and what temporary positive effect it would have. I had to tell HIM. Plus, he was completely dismissive of any holistic avenue of treatment. I will continue with someone else who's more tuned in.

I’m a year out from my cervical fusion and have been back working full time with no issues in 3 months. Dr. Nguyen spends the time to hear and talk to you, I’m grateful for his expertise and pain relief. I wish more doctors could treat you with respect and dignity like he does!

Thorough, informative and caring doctor. Office was organized and efficient as well.

Dr. Nguyen is a very good and experienced doctor. He did my back surgery in 2015 and I’m still doing great! We as patients just need to follow doctor’s orders! I recommend him to everyone!

Dr. Nguyen showed much understanding for my needs, he performed a neck surgery on me and I’ve never felt better. I also have to get lower back surgery planed that I will only let Dr. Nguyen do. I Highly recommend Dr. Nguyen and his entire staff.

I have to say when I first met Dr. Nguyen he was not extremely talkative. Once he explained in depth the problem with my back and we spoke more I realized he is caring and to the point. He answered all my questions. After surgery he came to the hospital and was smiling and talkative. His staff always gets me appointments and he will spend as much time as needed. I hope I never have to have surgery again, but if I did I definitely will go to Dr. Nguyen. I recommend Dr. Nguyen to anyone who needs back surgery.

I went in for a problem with a mass on my lower back. They were very thorough and took x-rays. Dr Nguyen checked my back and although my particular problem turned out to not be orthopedic in nature, he still suggested tests and ways to help which I appreciated. *Update* So after my MRI that he ordered, he brought me in for a follow up. He was very straightforward and explained to me the findings and even showed me the MRI films which I appreciated even though it didn't change the treatment plan.
