He treats me with respect. He is aware I am a disabled RN and talks to me on that level.SInce seeing him I have had some relief from the constant pain. More than I have in all my years trying to find that relief. Since I am not a surgical candidate, pain management is my only option.

This is the only physician in my life who came out and said to me "I can not help you". I was appalled and outraged that a Pain Management Physician would say that to a patient who presented himself to him in pain. Outrageous! This physician deserves ZERO stars!

I would not recommend Dr. Greaves AT ALL! I have been suffering with severe back pain for 2 years. Unfortunately, my insurance changed, so I was forced to find a new team of doctors. I met with one of the spine surgeons, who sent me to Dr. Greaves. Greaves was uncaring, lacked empathy, and spent less than 5 minutes with me. I had records from my previous doctor and he didn't care enough to look at them. I told him I had gotten 3 epidurals from my previous doctor over the course of 7 months, who had said that I would be able to have another if necessary. Since my pain returned with a vengeance, I was hoping to receive another in a month or two. Upon hearing that I had already had epidurals, Greaves said he couldn't do another this year. When asked what he would then recommend, as my pain is often unbearable, he told me to continue with physical therapy and "Just deal with the pain." JUST DEAL WITH THE PAIN...cold words coming from a pain management doctor!! So I asked if he would

He doesn't do a good job listening and putting together a clear treatment plan.

Doesn't listen to patient complaints. Not helpful. Doesn't do a good job of taking notes after the appointment either (they have a patient portal where you can see some of the dr's notes)

Doesn't listen. Not a good dr. He is ok. Seeing him is ok for short term but probably not ideal for long term

Not impressed. Saw doctor three times total of less than 30 seconds. They just try to get you in and out. Look elsewhere
