Beware of Dr. Sunil Thanker. I visited Dr. Sunil Thaker for my shoulder pain. All he did was couple of x-rays of my shoulder and told me to do sleeper stretch few times a day for few weeks. It was a minor injury caused during my workouts. He spent a maximum of five minutes with me. But for my surprise, when I got the bill they included two extra procedures which they did not perform on me. When I called them the doctor said he did perform those extra procedures. The doctor is very fraudulent. Beware.

The doctor is a down to earth, friendly and very easy to communicate with individual. He answers every question in detail and does it with no effort at all because it comes easy to him. The doctor repaired a very painful torn rotator cuff in my right shoulder and monitored my progress with therapy on a weekly basis. I have recommended a dozen or more individuals to his practice. l

Dr Sunil Thacker is fantastic. He’s very direct while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. Everything he said would happen, did. My PT went great and I was back to work in 8 days. He’s not just my workers comp Dr, I sent one of my sons to him after a sports injury kept my son sidelined. He leaves you feeling that he has a personal investment in your successful treatment.

Dr. Thacker is exceptional in his medical and bed side manner. He takes his time with you to explain and answer questions. He's transparent which is not a quality many doctors possess. Additionally, spending as much time as you need with him, not being rushed, is rare. For me coming from Brooklyn and NYC, the treatment I received by Dr. Thacker was in no comparison to the treatment I received there. He runs circles around what I've experienced previously. He cares and it shows during your visit with him. He repaired my shoulder and I'm doing very good post-op and rather quickly. Very happy with my experience with Dr. Thacker.

I have been dealing with a torn rotator cuff in my right shoulder for a couple years. It got to the point that I couldn't sleep at night. I did a lot of research and Dr. Thacker at Seaview Orthopedics was at the top of my list. I had my surgery last week at the Surgicenter at Centrastate hospital annex. Dr. Thacker repaired the rotator cuff tear-labium tear, bone spur and removed arthritis in shoulder and cysts on humorous head. Couldn't be more pleased. I will be in a sling for 4-6 weeks and start therapy next week. Dr. Thacker has a great personality-office staff is great plus being a great surgeon. Highly recommend.

Dr. Thacker did a total shoulder replacement for me about four years ago. I have had other orthopedic surgeries in the past but he clearly got the best results. He is up front and honest. He gets five stars from me.

Dr Thacker is great took the time to explain about my wife’s shoulder injury what’s required the surgery and the staff is always very professional and thorough !!

I used Dr Thacker for my shoulder surgery and I can’t even begin to express how happy I am that I did. I had 4 different issues with my right shoulder. It was not debilitating however very restrictive and I am way to active for that. I am now a little over 3 months post op and it feels great! I can’t wait for the gym to open so I can start working out again. Many thanks to the entire staff at Seaview for everything you did to make this a positive experience. You guys rock!

I’m very pleased with how Dr. Thacker treated my daughter. He has the full package that I expect from a doctor; knowledgeable, environmentally clean office and a pleasant bedside manner.
