I came to the office as a new patient for a yearly physical. When I arrived the receptionist asked if i was here for asthma. I said no I made an appointment for a physical. Dr balinski came and and the first thing she said to me was I reviewed your history from other doctors and she was concerned about me coming in. She also asked if i was there for allergies or asthma. I said no a physical I have an allergist for that. We discussed my health history, she listened to my lungs only and asked if I needed any scripts. I said I had some low back pain and if she could prescribe me lidocaine patches. She then gave me a script for bloodwork and another test I needed to have done. I get a bill for $90. I called the office and said why are you charging me for a physical my insurance covers it once a year. I was told the dr put down I came in for back pain. Talk about scamming the patients out of money. I will never set foot in this office or anyone associated with them. I guess doctors are all about the money

Dr. Beth Balinski has been my primary physician for years now. After I started going to her, I had my wife and my parents make her their primary physician as well. The most amazing things about Dr. Balinski is that she gives you her undivided attention and spends as much time as you need with her during your appointment to make sure you are satisfied with the care and that all your questions and concerns have been discussed. She doesn’t take on additional patients just for the sake of having more business “clients”. Extremely grateful to have her as my family physician.

The desk manager named Liz said the phones and calling system for confirmations do not work in this office. When I asked to speak to my doctor she refused to connect me and told me that the doctors at this location don't call patients back. She blamed me for an incorrect number in her system and - in clear violation of HIPPA policy - went through my medical history to tell me that I've seen another doctor in the system who probably switched my number. In the end, she told me I'd be better off seeing another doctor and hung up on me after I expressed I had a medical concern. I urge anyone considering this office as a PCP to rethink their options. If the front desk is any reflection of the whole staff than this place does not care about their patients or their health.

called the office as a new patient, the woman answering the call advised me to call back in mid January 2023, for an appointment in February or March, I told her that is a long wait to get an appointment, she did not have an answer and stayed silent, what a way to handle new patients, this is the first red flag on what kind of service you will receive when dealing with the front office. looking for another doctor with professional staffing.

I’ve been going to her for many years. She’s very intuitive and she takes the time you need when she enters the room. Couldn’t have a better doctor

I was able to get a same day appointment and was seen promptly. Dr. Balinski always spends plenty of time with me, asks thorough questions and I never feel rushed. Very friendly and down to earth.

Have been going to her for over 20 years and she is amazing! Very thorough. She does book out far though. But she is work the wait!

I called in April to schedule an appointment as a new patient and was told that the first available appointment is in August! We are not even talking about a specialist here - waiting 4 months for a primary care doctor is beyond my understanding.

I have been coming to Dr Balinski for years. The staff is always friendly. I have never waited for an appt. Dr. Balinski is kind and very good at explaining whatever is wrong. I trust whatever Dr Balinski tells me and have recommended them to friends and anyone who asks for a good doctor. Dr. Balinski takes time with you and makes sure you understand everything. You can't find a better doctor
