I have been a patient of Dr. Del Alcazar for 14 years now. He is the most caring, patient and thorough doctor I have ever had. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a primary care physician.

Dr. Del Alcazar is the best doctor I have ever had! He is so kind, patient and thorough and always takes the time to warn you about possible side effects before prescribing new medication.

No Stars. Please read and take into account the other reviews they are not wrong at all. Dr. Carlos Del Alcazar is an awesome Doctor, but his staff are ruining his practice. No medicine no visit which was requested by the Doctor for me to be seen. They are trying to charge a patient for an appointment missed when I spoke to someone in the front desk yesterday and literally rescheduled for the next day with them and they never mentioned a cancellation or no show charge. They never answer and or get back to the patients when you call, you get busy tone when calling or that the person you are trying to reach is unavailable. Just a very unprofessional office. Never going back. Calling better business bureau on this office for their negligence in my care. I am a diabetic and asthmatic and I have issues with my kidneys. I never leave reviews, but this one took the cake. I told them I will take my business else where and ended the call. My husband now called and just tried to speak with the office manager to see if there is a record or an update on a patients chart for who ever spoke to me yesterday and gave me my appointment for today, which she stated that all three workers were present there with her and that no one says they spoke with me.

Very knowledgeable and patient doctor - not over eager to prescribe medicine.

I have had quite the worst experience(s) with Dr. Del Alcazar over the last 5+ years. Between him and his office, it is just an embarrassment. Dr. Del is a good doctor, a very caring person but, he does not have the slightest clue on how to run a doctors office and a few other things as well. It is truly disheartening. I rarely ever write reviews but I have just had it with this office. They don't try to help any situation or have tried to make the process of getting a prescription any simpler. Thankfully Dr. Del wasn't writing prescriptions for medicine that would be detrimental to my health otherwise I would have been dead years ago. The amount of stress and anger caused by this office and Dr. Del Alcazar are absolutely unforgivable. This review does not nearly describe the way I feel about this doctors office/Dr. Del Alcazar.

Can't get through, portal responses 48 hours, not the staff to want to help their patients who allow them to have a job. Needed a call same day and didn't get a response to the following morning and now it's too late for a video appt until tomorrow. Excuses at a doctor's office isn't acceptable. Respond to your patients who need assistance and don't leave your office until you call them back.

Just call and ask if they spoke Spanish and once they hung up on me and I just read what the comments say about the staff the doctor will be very good but with that staff you lose many patients.

More concerned about his $20 Co pay than his patients he only refers you out doesn't even do blood work. More of an assembly line operation. No compassion My husband was diagnosed with a brain tumor n this guy would only do a telemed Run far Away from this guy

We have been going to Dr. Del Alcazar for years and we find him to be the best at providing us with the needed medical care. He takes the time to really discuss your options and help you make sound decisions. I'd highly recommend anyone who's looking for a new physician.

Dr. Del Alcazar is one of the best doctor I have ever met. I have been in his care for over 12 years. I also recommended my family to see him. He is knowledgeable, thorough, kind, caring, compassionate.
