List of Craig J. Bachman's Reviews
(10-24-22) First time visit. DR. Bachman is super personable and he resolved my problem in minutes. Great family atmosphere!
I've been going to Dr. Bachman for years, as has my husband. He is the absolute best. He's patient and smart, and he's also the sweetest and gentlest doctor around.
Very caring and knowledgeable
Very caring
Dr. Bachman was amazing and I believe saved my husbands life by removing part of his toe and arresting an infection that went to his bone. His bed side manor, wonderful personality, warmth and professionalism and intelligence were welcoming to us in a very stressful situation. I reccomend him highly!
I have been seeing Dr. Bachman for years and trust him. He has you come back several time as for follow up. My entire family also uses him.
Dr. Bachman is a caring, empathetic, brilliant and kind Doctor who saved my husbands life by arresting a bone infection that could have spread. I recommend him highly!
I went to Dr. Bachman to be treated for a simple toenail infection, and he did prescribe medication that I believe solved my issue. The doctor’s manner was friendly enough, but in my opinion, the bigger problem is his office staff. They are unbelievably rude (note: this refers to the staff at his Highland Park office. I've never been to the Old Bridge one. But really, do you want to go to any doctor who hires people like that for ANY of his offices?) For example, when I politely asked for my insurance card back after ten minutes (one receptionist only needed seconds to photocopy it), I received a “tsk” noise and an obnoxious “HERE” when it was handed back. The nurse and receptionist made fun of my name and laughed about it right in front of me. I even heard a different staff member loudly criticizing a patient on the phone. While I was in one of the examining rooms, a nurse walked in, did something at one of the counters, then walked out without even acknowledging me. I was subjected to over an hour’s wait multiple times (although the office wasn’t crowded when I entered), with no apology from anyone. The (Highland Park) office itself is difficult to find—the building is like a multiple-level maze, and staff never offered instructions on how to navigate it before my appointment. Once, the receptionist told *me* to call back instead of saying doctor would call me when he returned to the office. They then expected me to call lab for results THE DOCTOR’S OFFICE needed. The receptionist also conveniently forgot to tell me that the office was closed the next day when I said I would call. Personally, I’d only go to this doctor if you had no other choice. Otherwise, it’s not worth being treated like dirt the way I was.
Dr. Bachman performed my surgery a year ago. His expertise and bedside manner are top notch. He cares for each of his patients, and takes his time. It's worth the wait. He will be performing my next surgery.
It was my first time seeing Dr. Bachman and I thought he was great. Very easy to talk to and he took his time and didn't rush. I would highly recommend him and would go back with any other problems.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
