I just had my first cataract surgery for my left eye and should have had it done years ago. I just had my first post-op appointment with dr Scharfman and I CAN SEE CLEARLY NOW my cataract is no more. He is an amazing doctor and only wants to do the best for his patients.office staff is the nicest staff you could ever meet and everyone treats you with respect and you can’t find a more caring one Colleen the surgical coordinator is awesome and Jackie too everyone is wonderful. Cannot wait to get my right eye done in 2 weeks thanks dr Scharfman you are the best

hello I want to share my bad experience I am Hispanic and I do not understand why they have treated me badly and they have deceived me by telling me that they accepted my vision insurance and then they sent me a bill of 235 saying that wearing glasses is not something medical the treatment of the reception staff very bad

I went for the first time and had an absolute amazing experience. Everyone, from the front office staff, to all the medical staff that saw me was extremely nice and professional. Every test done was explained thoroughly, and everyone made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Scharfman is very knowledgeable and has great bedside manners. I definitely recommend this practice 100%.

Highly professional. I have both of my eyes cataracts surgery done by the doctor. I was amazed after surgery if it has been done or not. No pain or any kind of problem. Even I was able to see immediately through the holes of eye cover perfectly. Now I do not need even eyeglasses. Highly recommended.

I have been with dr Scharfman for fifteen years. He is skilled ,compasionate and Dedicated. During the worse wk of covid he came to the office for me when the building was basically closed. Recently,He removed both my cataracts and its amazing how much better my vision is . My retina specialist looked at my eyes and said he did a beautiful job. I am so very grateful. The women who run the office are so kind and helpful.

Dr. Scharfman performed cataract surgery on my eyes. I can’t believe how well I can see now. His bedside manner is excellent. He made me feel relaxed and confident. I recommend Dr. Scharfman very highly.

Very poor customer service. Staff was given all insurance information 2weeks before appointment .They slept on it until we went to see Dr. on the day of appointment. Me and my wife took a day off at work and waited for hour and half for them to check the insurance and at the end we were told to reschedule an appointment. Staff is rude. Too many patients at the same time they scheduled. I would look into different option if available.
