Awesome doctors and staff, both my ears were impacted and large amounts of ear wax. I lost hearing in both my ears and urgent care was not able to do anything but ENT of old bridge helped fix my issues and be able to hear. Highly recommend for any ENT needs
Dr. Mehta and Dr. Ambrosio have basically saved my quality of life after having been to an ENT years ago. After sinus surgery, asthma care, and allergy shots (and also a recommendation to a gastroenterologist which helped figure out my silent GERD issues which masked as asthma symptoms), I feel like I have my life back. Previously I'd be sick most of the year, maybe 6-8 sinus infections that never seemed to completely go away. Now I only have a couple per year and actually GET BETTER and get better quicker. My surgery was back in 2017 and I'm still sticking with them, now for my allergy shot maitenance doses as that was the final piece to my puzzle of ailments. Incredibly thankful to them and they have been so friendly and encouraging the entire time.
Dr. Monica Azmy is the best!
I have only one positive thing to say about this place and that's it quick to get an initial appt. However that's because of the amount of cancellations and probably because of how horrible they are. If you have kids; this is not the place to go. Their scheduling department on the phone is atrocious and in the office you always have to wait an hour plus. There other location in Shrewsbury is by far a much smoother process.
3 stars because getting in touch with the front desk is impossible. I tried to cancel an appointment and it took 15 min. I asked if I would be charged and the operator didn’t even know!!! These are just basic basic requests. I can’t go to a medical place where it’s so time consuming to deal with the tactical stuff.
Do not go here.Drs will not see you in an urgent situation. Find another place.
I am happy with the services that the doctor provided my family, however, I am deeply upset with the office and billing department. We took my father to this office to see an ENT; however my father was seen by both an ENT and Audiologist. This would be fine, except that the office did not inform me that there will be two separate providers, meaning two separate copays I had to pay AFTER going in to see the specialists. Additionally, when either my insurance or myself attempts to contact the billing department, they have been having technical issues for a week - even though they were able to leave a voicemail to me with instructions to call back to the number that leads me to a message that they are still down. I would either strongly recommend choosing a different specialist not under the ENT and Allergy clinic, or ask them if they are going to lead you to another specialists. This should have been clarified by the office and its staff before receiving a bill in the mail, or payments should have been rendered all at the same time.
Our daughter went to see Dr. Azer and another doctor at ENT and Allergy Associates of Old Bridge which I can safely say is absolutely one of the worst practices I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I just received not one but two collection notices from this office. Other than these notices which are from a Collection Agency, we have never received a bill directly from this practice. We did receive an email last year which we immediately paid online and thought that was all that was due. I would highlight that this email which we received showed it was sent from their practice, however when you click the name it shows no-reply@pdcflow.com. In this day and age, who in their right mind would click any link to make a payment that came from some random email address?! Is this practice so poorly managed and informed that they do not understand the state of fraud that is happening in today’s world and would ask their patients to click a link as opposed TO JUST COLLECTING THE CO-PAY AT THE TIME OF SERVICE?!?! Furthermore, are you telling me the woman from their billing Dept. that I spoke to who helped validate it was not a fraudulent email did not see any other pending charges especially since the services were all provided in the same week?!? This is most assuredly next level incompetency!! My credit rating is impeccable and now have to deal with this issue due to their incompetence as opposed to the office staff collecting the co-pay at the time of service like every other Doctor office we visit!! This all could have been easily avoided!! How does a doctor get away with putting a patient in collections without calling or sending a physical bill to their home address?!?! There needs to be a law that prevents what I believe to be a poor business practice without proper notification. If anyone else has had a similar experience with this practice please respond and I will take appropriate action to make a formal complaint. Thank you!
Drove 45 minutes only for them to tell me my insurance is not accepted. Mind you, I filled out the paperwork well in advance, sent photos of my insurance cards, and I got the doctor’s info directly from my insurance carrier’s website. The attendant at the front couldn’t acknowledge or even apologize for waiting until I was there to notify me that the visit would cost $250 just to see the physician. Terrible practice. Call your patients in advance. What a waste of time.
Good doctors. Rude staff. Asked the staff to change my pharmacy, there are 2 CVS on the same highway. They claimed I was wrong. Then, they said they will change it but did not. Could have been more courteous.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
