Absolutely worst doctor I've ever encountered, by a very wide margin. After insisting that a patient get a procedure that was contraindicated for their condition, he told them that there was nothing he could do for them when insurance denied the procedure on the same grounds, and then lied about it in front of others. He bullied the patient until they cried for no other reason than he was caught in a lie. He is an incompetent fraud, a bully, and a liar who has no business practicing medicine. His lack of professionalism and concern for his patients rises to a level that shocks the conscience. Dr Freeman should be ashamed of himself.

I have been with Dr.Freeman for a few years now and they have consistently been there for my needs. Making any and all adjustments to address any issues that arise. I have also been lucky enough that they have always got me in for a visit which I am truly grateful for. He has even helped me after hours when the need came with an insurance authorization when i needed a refill. Dr.Freeman has certainly exceeded my expectations all around time and time again.

Dr. Freedman, is very knowledgeable in his field, I take my daughter there, who has been through a lot in her life. I met her when she was 16 years old, she became a big part of my family, right away. Dr. has a plan to help her, thank God for him.

Can't seem to get anyone to answer the phone for 10 days for follow-up info. Lisa used to pick up. Now Voicemail is either full or no one returns the call. Had a virtual meeting and got an MRI as requested by the doctor - Learned they need to send in a request for expedited insurance approval based on the MRI. That's all. The woman in the doctors office (I think it was Kathy) said she faxed the paperwork 2 weeks ago but when I spoke with the insurance company 3 days ago they said NO ONE from the doctors office contacted them or they would approve the expedited request for epidural within 72 hours! Meanwhile the patient is in pain. Shameful, cruel and so unprofessional. Doesn't reflect well on the doctor.
