List of Jonnie Robinson's Reviews
Dr. Robinson has been my husband's doctor for 4-5 years during which my husband went only for his annual check and received pretty average service. A year ago, some of my husband's blood work showed severe abnormality. He called to follow-up since no one at the office bothered to call him. He was told that there might be an error with his lab work and that they'll let him know if he needed to repeat some of the tests. Radio silence. 7 months later my husband passes out over one weekend. We couldn't go to the ER. We call first thing on Monday and ask for an urgent appointment. The earliest appointment they could give us was 10 days later, when we asked for something sooner, we were told that seeking a specialist help could be faster (!), when we asked for a help to set an appointment with a specialist since my husband would be a new patient and no specialist would take him before a few months, we were told that they can't help with this. I looked up a few specialists, called all of them, no one had availability before 3 months, some even wondered why my husband's primary couldn't help! I called the office back, and begged for a closer appointment, this time they give us an appointment 3 days sooner than the original appointment. We couldn't wait. We had to go to the ER where they performed many tests then discharged my husband and instructed his to contact his PCP. I called his doctor's office the next day and asked if they have received his lab work from the ER and if Dr. Robinson had any feedback. They said they have't received them yet and that we'd have to FAX them a copy (!). It's 2023, so we don't have a fax. We drove to the office and gave them a copy. A couple of hours later a nurse calls and tells us my husband has to see a specialist then quickly went through a list of vague instructions including a weekly IV treatment without any context whatsoever, she then transferred the call to the reception before we get to ask our questions. We asked the reception for a specialist name, without her having any context, she gave us the name of a freaking cancer treatment center (!!!) when my husband's issue is unlikely to need that kind of follow-up!!! Needless to say we freaked out! We had to calm ourselves down because at this point we knew that we won't get to ask the doctor for any clarifications, she has no time for us. While there are many great people working in that office, doctor Robinson and the 2-3 staff we've been in touch with over the past few days didn't not exhibit a drop of compassion that you would expect from people working on the frontlines of healthcare. The level of incompetence and unprofessionalism is just staggering.
Dr. Robinson is great. It's the office that will let you down... I got told that I wasn't a patient because I hadn't been there recently enough. Held me hostage for my maintenance medication to get me to come in for an appointment (no problem, probably needed it) set an appointment, they called me to come in earlier... so I moved things around to make it there early for them to have them let me sit there for almost an hour until I ended up leaving. They called me back to ask where I went. Didn't this change get done to make things easy for you?
Doctor Robinson has been my Primary for a few years and I thought she was a great doctor. With the pandemic I haven't been able to see her in some time but I recently had an issue come up that I was very concerned about so I made the earliest appointment. Her office canceled my appointment and told me that I would have to wait until the new year since I was considered a new patient since I have been there in 3 years. I explained that she is my primary, my family goes to Dr. Robinson and this we something that I was very concerned about. The staff didn't care and said it would it was policy. There has been a global pandemic and I have two small children, needless to say I didn't really go anyway over the last three years. I'm appalled at this treatment as I will have to now go searching for a new primary doctor at a time you want a doctor you trust.
Dr Robinson in particular is great, however it’s extremely unprofessional when a medical facility isn’t promptly open and taking calls during their normal hours. Their answering service was still on 30 min after their scheduled hours which again, for a medical facility is horrible and disrespectful to patients. Goes to show how little people take their jobs seriously or how unhappy the office staff is.
Went for blood work and showed my kidneys were damaged. The nurse called said I need to find a specialist immediately. I asked if Dr Robinson can give me a call with details of what she found and maybe some recommendations. Never received a call back. You would think if I had severe kidney problem someone would get back to me. Not in that office.
I am glad to have reached out to Dr. Robinsons office for an appointment. I was able to get an appointment right away. Dr. Robinson is friendly and very kind, she listens to you and leaves no stone unturned. Front desk staff is always on the ball. The down size is the nursing line. They never answer the phone nor do they call you back when you leave a message. Test results, when they are in ( since you can see them in your chart) takes forever for a response. Love the Dr and front desk. Nursing need’s guidance! Five stars given to Dr. Robinson and front staff
Dr.Robinson, the best
Compassionate, thorough and professional! Dr. Robinson had been a superstar since our very first visit. Her calm and positive manner coupled with her medical knowledge makes for a superstar combination. A brilliant choice
I’d have given Dr. Robinson 5 stars but today I am actually contemplating changing physicians. I was diagnosed with covid 5 days ago. I am doing ok so far but like many I’ve talked to who have had this nasty virus, there seems to be good days and bad days. I am being treated for HBP by Dr. Robinson and had a few questions to ask her about my condition. What a run around I got from her office. First I spoke to a receptionist who said I had to speak to a nurse. They patch me through but no answer. I called back and pressed the number to speak to the nurse. After many rings, she answered. I told her what I was experiencing and my condition. She had nothing at all to say except I’m putting you through to the receptionist so you can make a virtual appointment with Dr. Robinson. The receptionist tells me I won’t be able to speak to Dr. Robinson with a virtual appointment for over 1 weeks time! I find this outrageous! She’s my personal family physician. She knows me but I can’t speak with her even just to reassure me or maybe guide me in the right direction on what steps I need to be doing? I asked the receptionist then what should I do in the meantime and she had no answers. I’m 63 years old and a bit freaked out by this crazy virus. I guess I’m just another number in this new world of physicians. I sure miss years gone by when doctors actually cared.
Dr. Robinson is the most thorough doctor I've ever had. She literally leaves nonstone unturned. Unlike most doctors I've had in the past, where you make an appointment for something and you're in and out in 5 minutes or less, Dr. Robinson takes her time, asks tons of questions to ensure she's treating your ailment properly. Super nice and never shortcuts! Thanks for being a good Dr.!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
