I have been under the service of Dr. Nigam in this office for more than 5 years now. She listens, is very thorough and knowledgeable. When I was hospitalized, she was there to see me within hours of being in the ER and not all PCP will do that. As for the customer service in the medical office, a lot of new faces, but for a good reason since there is big improvement from years ago. If there's anything to improve it will be the answering service, they are not friendly and hard to speak with and understand. I still would recommend Dr. Nigam and the other specialists in that office.

Horrible service, was promised to send a surgical release form and the form was never sent! Dr Nigam is a great doctor but her staff is BAD and unprofessional. Surgical forms should be a priority! They are literally messing with the well-being of patients.

I would honestly give zero stars if possible. Dr. Nigam completely dismissed health concerns I addressed to her. Also, the office reuses torniquets and is filthy. This is a violation of the department of health regulations
