DONT GO HERE) I broke my leg in June 1st and was seeing the operating orthopedic doctor. But my insurance changed. And the doctor don't accept it. But this doctor (Jeffrey charen) said he can't see me because another doctor did the operation 🤔 🙄 and it was too long ago for him. What does that have to do with him just reading and send me for xrays? No body is asking for an operation I'm asking for a follow up. they were so rude and unprofessional.

I had trigger finger surgery with Dr Marcus. It was much easier than I expected. The surgery started on time. Everyone was very nice, and the office had a lot of staff. I had no pain. Just a little stiffness. I would definitely recommend him.

Dr Marcus was a very nice doctor who confidently explained what was the issue with my carpal tunnel and the steps for surgery and process for recovery. I highly recommend him and his staff for anyone who needs orthopedic surgery.

I'm Ricky Simms, owner and president of Ricky Simms Cleaning Service. I was referred to Dr. Zimmerman after breaking my humerus. The office staff was very courteous and friendly! Dr. Zimmerman displayed real CARE and CONCERN! He took his time explaining my condition, discussed my options, and what mostly stood out, he patiently answered all of my questions! Had a wonderful experience at Ortho Associates. The care provided by Dr Alexander Marcus was excellent. He listened carefully to my concerns and he was very easy to talk to. He manages his patient load very efficiently. Did not experience any long delays in waiting area. The office is very clean and efficient and the whole staff is very friendly. Would highly recommend!
