List of Patricia C. Laemmle's Reviews
I couldn't agree more with many of the previous posters. Dr. Laemmle is an extremely caring and attentive doctor. I've held off leaving a bad review for the reception staff in the hopes that my negative interactions I've had with them were just one off flukes (everyone has off days); unfortunately, after a few years of visits, it's more rare for me to have positive/neutral interactions with them than negative ones. With a few exceptions, they have been rude, disorganized and dismissive. When they make mistakes, they are quick to be defensive and try to blame patients. This is not just with me but with other patient interactions I've overheard while in the reception area. I don't like leaving critical feedback, but I think it's important for people to know. If I look for a new Primary Care physician, it will almost certainly be due to the reception staff.
Excellent doctor. She is very knowable and effective.
I have been a patient of Dr. Laemmle's for approximately ten years and am so pleased with her knowledge, understanding, and bedside manner. She always devotes more time to me than I ever expect listening to my questions about the illness at hand and continually she suggests many ways of treatment (from holistic to medicinal). I can honestly say I have recommended her to about 30 friends over the years--something I have never done before regarding a doctor. I'd venture to say that she is the best physician you will encounter.
If I could separate this review by front office staff and Doctor, I would, but I truly feel like a Dr. is only as good as her front desk. The woman in the front is very disorganized, unprofessional, and rude! My entire family have been patients of Dr. Laemmle's for a few years. She is thorough, calm, and a very caring Dr. overall. Sadly, the front desk makes it impossible to communicate with her or see her in a timely manner. I couldn't even imagine going back there as much as I like Dr. Laemmle. If you want to be mistreated and disrespected, call today.
Knowledgeable and caring. Everything you would want in a doctor. Highly recommend.
Great listener when it comes to your medical needs and is willing to try different meds to get optimal health results but that is where it ends meaning horrible staff with no follow up calls especially in times if you're really sick. the office only responds for refills other than that you either have to make an appointment or Telehealth visit and as someone already posted the office and rooms are a little claustrophobic. But please do not complain about these things because as I just found out the Dr wants you to be happy and no complaining allowed and will professionally tell you to find a Dr or group that actually cares. But I get it for a lot of us this is the world we live in;I'm still willing to bet that some though maybe few still care about the DR oath they took and not treat it as a business and that the mental as well as the physical, the patient should always comes first. So she is correct I need to find someone who actually cares after a crucial diagnosis with follow-up.
Dr. Laemmle is wonderful. However, her office manager is awful. The office manager is very rigid and uncaring. Talking to the office manager is the same as talking to a robot.
Dr. Laemmle is amazing, attentive and genuine! Her staff not so much!
Dr office never answers phone. When told prescription would be sent to pharmacy, it's been 2 days and still waiting., and this has happened several times. Also no emergency doctor on call to get in touch with.
It has been over a month and my mom who is a patient has not had a call back. I have sent emails, tried to call and the voice mail is full. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DR., ESPECIALLY IF YOUR FAMILY MEMBER RELIES ON REFILLS OF MEDICATIONS.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
