Preethi Dendi's Online Review Report Card

I needed a letter of compliance with my CPAP from Dendi for my job. Today was my 4th weekly call without a call back. Office told me she is very busy. Too busy to return one of four calls in a month? Rediculous!

Terrible. Waste of time and money. Must have negative covid test if unvaccinated even though blood work confirms antibodies. Long wait in office only to be seen for 2 mins for at home sleep study. They refused to book test as routine so it won't be covered under insurance. The people at front desk are clueless just avoid at all costs.

Dr.Dendi is very professional, caring and great doctor. Stuff is very professional very helpful working working my insurance for getting all the approvals.

She is afraid of Covid 19 so she canceled my husband's appointment several times. He is fully vaccinated .He was her patient for 4 years . What kind of doctor is she ?Ridiculous.

Hi, I visited this Doc in the month of Nov 2020 and got appointment as New patient. One of the worst office staff and doctor is also ok. She doesn't pay attention and how can a doc write a patient name wrong on the prescription. Highly distracted staff. Make sure your appt. is confirmed for that day as they will cancel at their end and will not inform the patient. And inspite of giving Insurance details how can they screw up the billing. I get a bill for $550 with some wrong Insurance details which is not mine. Make sure you pick up all your documents like DL, Insurance card etc. without forgetting once they make copies.

Dr. Dendi is a phenomenal dr., but if your wanting a staff that is friendly and helpful; RUN AWAY. This is the worst staff at any doctors office ever. The office manager Michelle does not respond on messages left for her and when you finally get her she is rude, obnoxious, and disrespects the patients. Di not go to this office you will regret it.

I had three tests regarding my lung situation. Called the office 3 times, sent 2 faxed letters since I had to have extensive testing at JFK in one week. The other physicians involved in my care since the test requires anesthesia also had no results or returned phone calls from the office staff or doctor in getting the information for a medical clearance. Although the visit to Dr. Dendi. seemed efficient, the wait in the office waiting room was over an hour and the wait in the exam room was over 30 miniatures. I will find another pulmologist who understands t he importance of everyone's time.

Dr Dendi is an awesome doctor to me and my entire family! staff is knowledgeable about insurance and answered all my questions! dr dendi herself spent so much time with me , she made me feel so comfortable, she is so personable and explained clearly what needs to be done regarding my health. I am so happy to have found her and her office! i highly recommended her to my extended family and they feel the same way about her! All in all Dr Dendi is an excellent doctor!

highly recommend this doctor... the professionalism when checking in to checking out, the front desk made sure all my documents were transferred over from my previous doctor and then Dr.Dendi gave me her upmost undivided attention and made sure that at the end of the visit my medications were sent to the correct pharmacy and gave me a courtesy. call 3 days later to check how I was feeling.
