Excellent attention from the entire team, especially Jackee, who was very supportive throughout my entire process with the surgery. I can say that Dr. Vingan is one of the best surgeons I recommend him 100%.

So called Dr.Vingan must be the one of the worst physician practicing in Bergen county. Safe yourself time and costly insurance bills you will receive from this office.. do NOT go that office! honestly, l can write two full page of complaint letter about this doctor but they not even worth it. He treated my wife, actually not even treated..just overlooked her condition which She has herniated disk..She barely walked to their office. He told her just go to physical therapy twice a week which they already connected with this facility and deverted them directly. She is better now cause "real" Doctor We found send her to MRI after seeing results He start needle therapy. by the way, This Dr. Vingan charged us $150.00 to insurance company $894.00 for 6 minutes visit to tell her " just go physical therapy" Shame on him!!

I have been seeing Dr Vingan for weeks been through examination they sent me for various cat scans, MRI,s Showed me results explained the urgency for the Surgery I need due to disks pushing into the spinal cord causing debilitating pain in my arms, shoulders, hips, legs. With chronic pain throughout my body. After weeks and weeks of examination my family and I was thrilled to hear I would have surgery and possibly have some relief from this chronic condition in time for the Holidays. And also stopping any chance of paralyzation by removing the disk from the spinal cord. ****** only to receive a phone call Months & weeks after my initial visit informing me that they do not accept my insurance ********* Now I need to try and start over from scratch…..I can not give an medical surgical organization any stars for putting me at risk for permanent damage…….thanks for nothing……

Highly incompetent staff that didn't know how to use a computer! I had an appt to get an evaluation of my MRI, the results I had with me including the CD's of the images. They tried both my copies told me they were unreadable. I told them BS, so the Dr couldn't see me. I was in severe pain and didn't have time for this nonsense which turned out to be true since I took the disks home and plugged them into my computer, and when I did PRESTO! They worked just fine with all the necessary images showing perfectly. Dr Vingan himself may be OK, but his staff remains a lot to be seen!

Dr Vingan, Diane and the supporting staff at NJ Brain and Spine have been wonderful. Dr Vingan performed laminectomy surgery on my 89 year old dad who had spinal stenosis. For over a year, he had chronic leg pain, was on pain meds and could hardly walk or sleep. Physical therapy and epidural injections had not worked. While the time for him to recuperate post- surgery took longer than my dad expected, he was off all pain meds within 2 weeks of the surgery and after a month in rehab and three months of out-patient PT, he is able to walk with a cane and even drive! Dr Vingan and Diane have been incredibly patient and spent a lot of time answering all our questions throughout the process. They are very understanding of elderly patients and were reassuring and confident with us throughout the process without being condescending or inpatient. I’m so grateful that the doctor did not automatically dismiss my dad’s case just because of his age and he really did a thorough assessment to determine whether he could help him. PS and he takes Medicare!

Dr. Vingan misdiagnosed my elderly father. Pushed for invasive spine surgery. Thank goodness we listened to our gut and refused. Didn’t listen to what we were saying. All he was interested in was cutting open my father. We got a second opinion. Completely different diagnosis. My father is doing great with increased physical therapy.

Don’t go here unless you have all the time in the world to waste. I had a 3:30pm appointment and was waiting for 45 miniutes when I finally asked how long the wait will be. I was told I was next but who knows how much longer that would take? If I waited any longer I would have been late for work. I got my money back and left with no apology from the receptionists. Worst waitingroom experience ever. I will never go back.

Making the appointment was difficult because the woman on the phone was not understanding of my situation but managed to get me in. When the day of my appoinment came, the bad experience continued. I was next to see the doctor, 45 minutes after my 3:30pm appointment. If I waited any longer I would have been late for work. Got my money back and left with no apologies from the staff. I will never return to this office.

My mother is a patient of Dr. Vingan. He recommended spinal fusion as the only reasonable solution - which we did not do right away, hoping to avoid surgery. After exhausting other options we came back. He was extremely patient and understanding with our fears and anxiety before the surgery, clearly explained what to expect and what not to expect. He did an excellent job and we could not have been happier with the choice of doctors. Office staff was very helpful with post-surgery care. Both doctor and staff deserve the highest grade here.
