If I could leave zero I would. The girls at the front desk are extremely rude and they seem very confused at all times and so is their manager. Dr.G - who never answers the phone or calls back. Every time I come there’s an hour wait. They didn’t put my insurance thru for months and fought with me to say I owe thousands for my Invisalign after I’ve completed my payment portions. From there I’ve had to go month without trays. They’ve lost my Invisalign. They’ve also called the cops on me for demanding to speak with someone to simply pick up my Invisalign. Do not go here. This place is a mess and a headache. The dentists are nice tho. I see your response. Let’s be VERY CLEAR. Over the last two years your office has misplaced my trays more than twice. I have very good dental insurance and was cleared to move forward with my Invisalign prior to walking into your business. Never had a late payment on my end. Your negligence is wholeheartedly why my process was delayed. Please jog your memory of having someone call to apologize because you failed to put my insurance thru. On my last visit I waited for close to 2 hours JUST to pick up my trays and when I spoke with my orthodontist, he spoke with your desk staff advising I no longer have to wait and only need to be seen at the end of my treatment. I’ve apologized to the lady at the front desk for my language and expressed it was not her that I was frustrated with. My frustration is well rooted with the office manager. You constantly refusing to speak with me when I only want answers is unacceptable. I do not appreciate being painted in such a light when every encounter I’ve had with this office has been negative starting on your end.

If I could leave zero stars I would. this has been the absolute worst experience - my insurance was not processed for my Invisalign I went 4 months without trays, they've lost my invisalign trays. They girls at the front desk seem very confused and always rude. Do not. Do not go here.

Front desk later with braces is very nice. But the overall experience was not the best . No receipt of work done. No paperwork on what to eat or not

Everything is great except the wait time. Appointments at 9-10am get seen at 12-1pm. I Should be able to pop in on my lunch break from work for 30 mins to an hour to get work done, must take off at least half a day of Great people good attitudes great everything. Getting people in for their appointments ON TIME a very big weak point at this location.
