Carmen Garcia's Online Review Report Card

Terrible. This is the fourth time I’ve seen her and I don’t know I went back. Once I waited for a half hour while she talked to someone in the hallway about their trip to Florida. As I sat in the room waiting for my appointment to start. Recently I went back and she misdiagnosed a rash on my face. Had to buy $$$$ cream that did nothing. Two months of no improvement I saw a different doctor. Got meds and within 4 days rash was gone.

Horrible. I don't usually write reviews but have been relying on them more and more. Dr. Garcia was so abrupt and disinterested. Did not make eye contact with me upon entering the room and had her back turned to me while speaking to me. In 1 minute flat she diagnosed me without checking my face( my reason for going). She then went on to prescribe an expensive cream that she told me insurance will likely not pay for. Not helpful. S he made 50 dollars in 5 minutes and wasted my time.

After seeing other doctor I've decided to see her for a second opinion, when she saw my nail for a split second (I had a little dark line on my nail) she said that I have to do a biopsy of my nail. I told her that I actually saw a different doc and he told me what it was and there is no worries, she said she never heard about that and it could be cancer! In addition I was there with my baby in car seat so when she saw him she looked at me and said "You have a baby now so you have to take care of yourself". I literally cried for days, went back to my first doc went through nail removal and punch biopsy (just for my peace of mind, because first doc said there is absolutely no need for that). I got my results and guess what? First doc was right! No cancer nothing to be worry about!!! Do not go and see her, my biopsy results proves her lack of knowledge and lack of experience!!! Horrible doctor!!!

Dr Garcia was thorough in her exam and asking questions of me and my health history. She has a pleasant demeanor as well. All in all, very satisfied.

This my 2nd review, I don't know why the 1st one didn't take... ANYWAY, I went to see Dr. Garcia about a rash I had on my thigh, and was afraid to hear the verdict... shingles.. but shingles it was and Dr. Garcia couldn't have been any more compassionate towards me and my condition. She prescribed me an antiviral and made sure I got the right steroid spray for the pain. She was so sweet. I will gladly tell everyone I know about her and will return in the future.

I'm so happy to have met Dr. Garcia,...though not particularly under these circumstances(shingles outbreak)... She was warm, cordial and professional.

I came to see Dr. Garcia as a new patient(I didn't bother to read the reviews) and she was the most personable, caring person I could ever hope to meet.. Her diagnosis was dead on correct(shingles) and she made sure that I was prescribed the right meds.

Seeing Dr. Garcia is always a good experience. I have been going to her for over 20years and think she is the best. Dr Garcia and her staff are the best. She is always gentle and explains all she is going to do.
