Needed to share my experience. I went to this doctor back in January of 2023. She was quick, rude and abruptly took photos without my permission or warning me. She also prescribed the lowest medication and only gave me 1 refill because she claimed I needed a follow up. Needless to say the medication never really worked and I attempted to go back several times however her schedule is limited and she only works 4 days . The last office visit was a few days ago and she reprimanded me for my previous cancelled appointments. She had to be told that my work schedule is hectic and I had to explain myself to her for this which is NONE of her business. She went on to say that her "bosses look at numbers" proving exactly what I knew that she is money hungry and wants to just get insurance money and charge high fees. She recommended micro needling which insurance does not cover with would cost $500 for multiple sessions each and told me she would give it to me for $400 & I would need several. Again showing how unethical and greedy she is .Also she is completely BALD and I know that micro needling would help her with that yet she claims to be an expert in that procedure. That's a joke. She just wants to take your money and keep billing for visits . She does not care for the person at all. It's all about getting high fees and looking good for her bosses. It's very disturbing and she is an unethical rude and greedy person. So many great dermatologist in NJ why would anyone deal with this BALD HEADED loser. Please don't waste your time and money . You won't see any results until she empites your bank account and she will torture you for months with no care for your well being

Went for a full body exam. Was in the room less than 5mins. Felt extremely rushed. I would NOT recommend this doctor!

Avoid this doctor if you can! Horrible experience and the worst doctor I have even seen. I was allergic for the shot the doctor gave me. The side effects have been effected me for over 2 months very badly. They refused to give me my medical records. I called their clinic a few times. The front desk refused to help me and told me the doctor will call me back. But they never called me back! I went to their office to ask but they still refused to answer any questions! So far, I still do not have any medical records/statement/claim about my visit a few months ago. Don’t feel safe and accurate about the prescription the doctor gave me. Avoid this doctor and the clinic if you can!

Dr Cindy Li was punctual, kind, and thorough. I felt confident in having her perform a procedure. The office staff and nursing assistance were polite and efficient. I will definitely be back for my yearly checkups and recommend Dr. Li.

felt dehumanized and rushed .She barely made an effort to look at me. I didnt feel like she had any interest in discussing my options and concerns. I dont recommend this doctor or this clinic . If you aren't there for a cosmetic procedure they aren't interested....I had more of my questions answered afterwards from the front desk lady than the doctor.
