If you’re looking for a fertility specialist, an amazing person, and a doctor who listens and supports you Dr.Chen is all of the above and more!!! When I first came to doctor Chen I was lost, scared, and didn’t have a plan. He listened to babble on and on about my previous nightmare with another doctor. He gently told me at the end of my rant that we will start fresh. That’s exactly what he did, he explained his thoughts, and we came up with a plan together. After leaving his office each time, I felt a sense of calm, as if we were in this together even if the results were not favorable he helped me stick to my plan and move forward. I was going for fibroid surgery and when I told him I wasn’t comfortable with the doctor he suggested, he took me seriously, respected my concerns and found me someone he personally knew who took great care of me. We ended up getting pregnant naturally after the surgery and a failed IUI. Although it happened this way, I still thank Dr Chen for the role he played in my journey. The day he told me he was discharging me to an OB’s care since I was pregnant I cried. Long story short, Dr Chen deserves 5+++++ stars!!!

Dr.Chen is an amazing doctor for patients going through such a difficult thing like infertility. While I have not yet became pregnant . Let it be known that he is so professional and very caring ! He makes you feel like he has and will continue to have your best interest at heart always ! He has made me feel like he will not give up and will try everything within his nature to fulfill my desire to become pregnant. He truly is a one of a kind doctor and no matter what my outcome may be in the end of my treatment , I’am very pleased with all the care I received from him as well as his highly trained and attentive staff ! Efficient and friendly.

Dr.Chen is a good doctor who takes his time while he is with a patient. My only complaint is his support staff. To put it in simple terms, I called to make an original appointment and the young woman on the phone was short and hung up the phone before asking me if i had any questions etc. I had to call back to verify info she didnt provide. She definitely needs a refresher in phone etiquette. Then the day of my appointment, I contacted the office and AGAIN was hung up by a woman i believe was named Maureen. They have no idea how to speak with patients. And they are unorganized to the point where they messed up my appointment. I have zero confidence in his staff. So in summary, Dr Chen is fine but his support staff is among the worst I have ever dealt with.

Dr Chen is a great doctor. He’s caring and professional and listens to your concerns, no matter how off the wall they are. I can’t say enough good things about this doctor. And the office staff and nurses are very helpful and caring as well. And the office hours are wonderful.

Professional and seasoned IVF specialist. I found Dr Chen to be caring and chose him for his bedside manner and experience. I could not recommend more highly.

All star Dr and Team. After having a very unpleasant experience at RMA i was referred to Dr Chen for a second opinion. He was professional, friendly and direct. He very quickly gained my trust and i would recommend him to family and friends alike! His nurses were also very encouraging and supportive - each call whether good or bad news, i felt like they shared all the emotions with me.
