Dr. Usual improved my pain immensely. I am very thankful for the results that were accomplished. He explained the procedure well and everything turned out just as he said. I have no complaints!

Dr. Usual is very informative, detailed and precise. He has a great team and the group at HUMC was great as well. Follow up care and instructions have been excellent. I would highly recommend him to others needing MOHS surgery.

Dr Usal is a bad doctor.. do yourself a favor and do not go to this person..especially if you have a life threatening disease. Very arrogant.

The appointment went well. Dr Usal fit me in on a day that he is scheduled to be in the hospital. He closed my wound after a very difficult Mohs procedure. The nursing assistants were very kind as well as the office manager. I am very grateful.

Dr Usal is very knowledgeable, caring & compassionate. I was referred to him after a bilateral mastectomy. He is straight forward on his instructions & outcomes. Mariann his nurse is also very good & compassionate. Thank you for all you do!

After my 7lb 1oz skin removal, I am wearing sleek medium dresses, shirts and a size 8 in pants. I have always been heavy and finally lost 50lbs and kept it off for 2 years. When I finally had a consultation with Dr Usal I was discouraged because I didn't think it would be covered by insurance. I couldn't afford plastic surgery, especially with 2 young children at home. Usal was the surgeon called in to Valley Hospital when I brought my 1.5 year old end for some emergency stitches. It happened to be superbowl sunday, and he was extremely rude and when we inquired about the procedure, told us that his work would cost us "a lot of money." When we wanted to make some calls to insurance to figure it out, he told us we had 10 mins to decide before he left for the night. I could tolerate a rude Dr. if his work was good, but 2 years later, my son has a prominent "railroad track" scar on his cheek. From what I have researched, this was a direct result of the dr. not removing the stitches on time. $10,000 later, and he probably would have less of a scar if we never called him in.

Most passionate, and caring plastic surgeon! Doesn’t rush you. Concerned about your mental , and physical well being. Great plastic surgeon breast , Botox ,and mote he specializes in other drastic conditions . Does more than making you beautiful. Talent is endless. He honest that’s the doctor you want. He tells the truth not about money. He rather do the right thing then if you come back miserable. I love this guy . No one better.
