I had a lower facelift with Dr. Michael Gartner last February 11th and am very happy with the results. Dr. Gartner's office staff are all very professional, friendly, and welcoming. They are attentive and make you feel comfortable. Dr. Gartner addressed my "jowls" exactly as I requested. I had the facelift under LOCAL anesthesia which I highly recommend. I also saved $2000 by not having general. I didn't want general anesthesia and voiced this to Dr. Gartner. I was scared to be having local anesthesia at the beginning but Dr. Gartner gave me a light sedative which makes you extremely comfortable, relaxed, and sleepy. I didn't even realize I was awake until Dr. Gartner asked me not to move and I remember replying. The only thing I felt after that was minor pulling where he was working. ZERO pain. When I left his office after surgery, I was alert without the extreme tiredness you feel after general anesthesia. My face was very swollen for about 5 days but that was it. I had NO black and blues. I had the surgery on a Friday morning and 11 days later the swelling was almost all gone and I went out without any headwrap. The only way someone would have know I had the facelift was to look behind my ears for the stitches. I have very natural results which make my lower face look tighter and no more jowls. I'm very pleased with Dr. Gartner and my results.

I received a breast augmentation from Dr. Gartner in November 2021. I’ve been wanting one since I was in my late teens and finally decided to go ahead after my consultation with Dr. Gartner. He and his staff go above and beyond to make sure you feel fully prepared and understand all that entails with a procedure, including pre and post op details. All my questions were thoroughly answered and I never felt rushed or unsure of anything. The entire procedure and aftercare ran so smoothly. The Dr. even called the night after my surgery to see how I was doing. So far I’ve had 3 follow up appointments. I really appreciate the Dr’s level of care and attention. I am truly speechless. I don’t even have the words to express how happy I am. Truly. Dr gartner is seriously talented. Ever since having my baby, my breasts have been very deflated, saggy and droopy.
