I highly recommend working with Helene at Mama Bear PT! She is super knowledgeable, a great listener and came up with a solid plan of action that got me back running after a nagging calf injury in no time. Helene's ability to adapt my plan each week based on what I was feeling was incredibly helpful. I truly felt like she was a partner in helping me get back to my life injury-free.

Helene was WONDERFUL. She made me feel safe and helped me transform my postpartum body in just a few months! I am so thankful I found her and highly recommend her services. I also loved that she does virtual visits as I'm a mom of a 1 year old and scheduling/travel can be tricky.

Helene at Mama Bear Physical Therapy helped me go from scared to confident in my body. With her help we discovered a compressed nerve in my back and strengthened all the muscles around it so it and I could heal. She is super kind and made my PT time feel FUN!! Love her and highly recommend her services.

I absolutely recommend Helene to help you get back to your weekend warrior routine. I saw Helene for a tendenopathy of my left hamstring. She diagnosed it in one session and built a plan that got me back to running in 8 weeks. She was extremely knowledgeable and responsive. Helene is amazing at adapting the plan according to your progress and any symptoms you may be having. Her plan included clear instructions along with videos of each exercise and a rating system to track completion of each exercise and track the pain associated.

Dr. Helene is amazing and really attentive to her patients’ needs. She really took her time to understand my particular issues and after just a few sessions of virtual physical therapy, my back pain has improved tremendously. I highly recommend her and her practice! A+++++
