MIchael Earl Loreti's Online Review Report Card

Unfortunately my review is expicitly reflective of the physician's front end staff which in turn is reflective of the practice. One of the worst experiences I've ever had in all my years of going to any doctor's practice. I arrived for what I believe to be my appointment and gave my first name, the time of the appointment and was immediately corrected by the front end receptionist. I told the receptionist the woman that made the appointment last week told me the time I arrived was my appointment time. Needless to say she would not let this go. Multiple times she repeated I missed my appointment and I could not have an x-ray done because the tech went to lunch and would not return until an hour from the time I was arrived. She inquired if I still wanted to see the doctor but with such an attitude. I gave her my insurance card and she proceeded to say (after she found my paperwork) that I would have to fill out new paperwork because the letters on my card changed... Ok... No problem. But did I mention she verified all of information out loud with another patient less then 12" away from me? My full name, my complete address and my insurance company... At this point I requested an office manager who was actually on her way to the front... She looked me up and down and had her lips curled up as though she was looking to be confrontational from the moment she looked at me. Then she proceeded to say and I quote, "you may not like what I'm about to say, but this is your fault". Well that was enough for me, being a patient, working in health care, and knowing you should never talk to a patient like that. Way too much more to write here about what transpired next... But I will say SHAME on you for attempting to make me feel less then... Just because, it didn't work. I'm a confident woman with insurance and resources and will find another practice that treats their patients better then yours!

I've been a long-time patient of Dr. Loreti. He is very knowledgeable and responsive. I never have difficulty getting an appointment, and am always taken on time. The best part is that Dr. Loreti listens to his patients and never gives up - always willing to try something new, if need be. He's a wonderful advocate for his patients. I have no complaints - and I'm very picky about my doctors.

Kind, understanding and informative. Takes his time and has really helped my son, myself and all the people I have recommend to him

This is my doctor I had to wait a HALF HOUR to see him once. I think i fell asleeep and peed on myself and had to change my diaper.

Dr. Loreti was my orthopedic doctor when I lived in NJ he was treating me for my Sciatica and Osteoarthritis of my knees. He has a wonderful bedside manner, a wonderful personality and an award winning smile. He is great at being a physician and listened thourghly to his patients. I miss having Dr. Loreti as my doctor since moving to Pensylvania.

Great experience. Dr Loreti is very attentive, informative, and personable.He took his time an sat with me in the exam room to discuss my back issues.Im sure I’ll be ‘back’!

doesn't rush through a visit very personable

I have been a patient of Dr Loreti for many years and I have seen him for my knees, shoulder, tennis elbow and my herniated & bulging disc. He has excellent hands with the needle he is the only Dr I would allow to give me a cortisone shot for my disc.

I have been a long time patient of Dr. Michael Loreti in Paramus, NJ. I was very impressed with him as he showed an interest in me as a patient and listened to my concerns. My first visit he completed a thorough history and physical and took written notes. He is very personable, outgoing and easy to talk to. I would recommend him to family and friends and have so in the past. He is a down to earth type of personality and does not think of himself as being above anyone. A great physician for all.

Neither Dr. Loretti nor his assistant return phone calls. I have made 4 calls in 4 days and no call back. I expressed my pain on the phone message, I said I needed the doctor to look at my X-ray as he did not mention the part that hurts. I promised to take a few minutes only hoping that would prompt them to call but they have not. I asked for my records and I was told to speak that same assistant. I think her name is Dawn. I have been to this office over the past twenty five years but not with this doctor nor this assistant. She is also very impressed with herself but I am not. There are plenty of fine physicians. I don't need this one nor should you.
