Dr. Wiederker is a thorough and kind physician who is extremely skilled regarding surgery and is a superb diagnostician able to solve and treat complex medical symptoms. His kind mannerism is always appreciated!

I had such a great experience with Dr Wiederkher and his whole office. From the second I walked in, I felt the warmth and caring from his staff. They were lovely. They made me the priority and not just my insurance information. I really felt cared for and cared about. Doctor Wiederkher was very thorough and reassuring. The procedure was painless and the result was wonderful. I cannot recommend him and his staff enough. They truly made a concerning situation very comforting and easy. God bless him and his whole staff! They really are terrific!

Dr Wiederkehr has been my dermatologist for well over a decade. I am proud to refer my friends and clients to such a knowledgeable physician.

I was referred to them by Riverside Medical and the receptionist was rude and unwilling to assist me. These doctors that don’t have any appointment for 3 months is a complete joke and laughable. The crazy part is that these “gatekeepers” love to NOT work and avoid scheduling patients on purpose.

Doctor and staff have no respect for patient privacy. As I am changing for the appointment the nurse walks into the room without knocking. I slammed the door shut before she could get further and told her to knock next time. Not even an apology but rather an irritated look Is what she gave me. Next As I am sitting naked on the table for a full body exam, a random person who doesn’t identify herself enters the room. No knocking or discretion. Anyone in the hall could clearly see me and my parts on the table. When I spoke up and told them all how unacceptable that was the doc did nothing beyond say it was OK because she was his nurse. The same nurse who walked in on me earlier and I had already spoken too. At this point there are 3 people in the room; doctor, nurse and “intern” who is there to take notes and has no medical background to be part of my care. It is still not clear to me why so many people were needed in the room. I asked for advice on specific areas of my skin and about laser hair removal. The doctor provided a superficial response and couldn’t be bothered to spend the time discussing further. This was my second time for a visit and not sure why I went back after the first visit which was disgusting as the exam chair was covered with blood and fluid from the prior patient. The room was clearly not cleaned properly. I advised the doc and he had a nurse clean the room again. Needless to say I’m done with this doc. There won’t be a third time for them to screw up again.

Uncaring and definitely does not put patient care first. My daughter suffered from a bad immune response resulting in horrible rash. After treatment with steroids and it reappearing, she was told they could see her in one month. Called, complained and pled with them to relieve her since she is away from home at school. One month away appointment and said for her to go to ER. WHAT TYPE OF DERM IS THIS that can’t take care of a simple allergic skin reaction. Thanks for NOT putting the needs of the patient first. NOT RECOMMENDED. maybe for simple things. Not a well- run office.

As always, a great experience. On time, friendly receptionist, nursing assistants were very helpful. I would recommend this practice to anyone seeking dermatological services to address your health needs.

Alright if you just need a check up. I had a rash on my eyelid and it was swollen. Couldn’t see me for 2 days. Called my old doctor and she saw me away.

Best doctor! Caring, knowledgeable, gentle... and super sweet and competent staff! I would absolutely recommend Dr W as a dermatologist!
