This is a very busy practice. It has many physicians and healthcare professionals on staff. It also has a lot of patients. I am fortunate that my health issues are minor so the care and attention I get is more than adequate. The front desk staff does a good job especially considering the volume of patients. The doctors are as attentive as time allows. I have been a patient of Dr. Motiwala for over a decade and she has always been professional and provides healthy advice without lecturing. I do like that they use the MyChart patient portal. It makes things easier to track.

Dr. Motiwala is a very knowledgeable in her field and listen to the patients very carefully before making any prescription and also tell the patient all the details of the medication. I recommend her all my friends and relations.

Always are rushed. Too many tests. I feel it's more about making money for the facility and drug companies.

After my primary doctor left the practice I went to see Dr. Motiwala twice. All this time she was very rude and would not listen to my questions. I would not recommend anyone to see her.

Not my usual PCP but had symptoms of a UTI so wanted to get a test. No warmth, no bedside manner. Did not seem very interested in anything I had to say. Ushered me out of the office very quickly, told me the results would be back in a couple of days. Told me I should see a urologist, but did not give a referral. Would not recommend. I prefer someone who shows some level of kindness and empathy. She seemed completely disinterested.

She was on-call. Cut me off after 1.25 sentences. Told me to get OTC, when she didn't know what really was wrong. Said, "I can't help you." Fortunately, another MD could.

This was a horrible experience! My regular dr wasn’t available and I needed a physical for work so I took this dr as she was the only one available. I regret seeing her. She’s rude, has no bedside manner, and talks down to her patients. I see now why she had openings. I just had a baby literally a few months old.. I informed her of this and she looked me dead in the eyes and told me I need to lose weight. Having already been dealing with ppd and ppa she sent me into a tail pin of emotions. I will never make this mistake again! She is awful and I wish I’d read the reviews before I made this appt.
