List of Pascack Valley Medical Group's Reviews
After I fell and cracked my head open on my basement steps, I went to see my orthopedic doctor and he was trying to get to the root of why I may have passed out and had my fall. After two visits, he advised me that he wanted me to start a complete team of doctors due to me being 68 years old And this being one of my first major incidents. He gave me the name of a cardiologist and a neurologist and I began setting up appointments, which was pretty good until the people that I was supposed to see for neurologist weren't answering the phone after the first Neuro testing. I called them back four or five times and they promised to call me back and never called me back so being as I only do my medical needs at the valley hospital because of a disgraceful pigsty that the Hackensack university God knows what name they're using lately. I wouldn't go back to the hospital on my last dying breath. So, after my cardiologist and my orthopedic doctor being in the Valley Medical Group I said out looking for a neurologist. Well for the past 10 or 12 years, I have had a lot of problems with my back and I looked for a neurosurgeon because I've had two sets of lumber epidurals that did nothing for me and the doctors that administered them said that there was nothing else that they could do for the numbness and the burning and the feeling of rocks under my foot so they told me to see a neurosurgeon. Well, I went on the computer and I looked up neurosurgeons that work out of Valley Hospital and I came up with several names and after I called and made an appointment the office wouldn't give me an appointment any sooner than five weeks so I waited and I did the check-in online and I showed up at the office only to be told that they miss booked me for a neurologist which I didn't need because I had the test results from the previous neurologist so they told me there was a neurosurgeon down the hall and I should go there and make an appointment which I did. Well, I have to tell you I must've picked one of the worst offices to go to and the older nurse in the office was as bad as nurse Ratchet from One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest. She asked me to stand on the side until she had time to give me the paperwork as a new patient and I waited nearly 40 minutes until she told me she would give me an appointment and I should fill out the paperwork online and that I should wait for the doctors assistant to call me to set up an appointment. It is now a month and their assistant has never called me so I decided that Dr. Cobb of the valley neurosurgeon profession wouldn't get my business if I was on my deathbed. So three weeks ago I got notified that my cardiologist had an appointment for me last week, but I had a little cold and I didn't want to bring my cold to where there would be a group of people that might catch my cold so I canceled and I made it for this week. well last week when I called up and this week I went to the emails they sent me to check in and both times they had questions on the check-in of what my gender is and what my pronouns are and I stopped doing the check-in because I don't participate with that garbage at all and I attempted to call the office at which time I kept getting a voice message doing the exact same thing asking me what my gender was and my pronouns were so I refuse to answer and I hit a different number the next time I called and it sent me to a gynecologist office, which I have no need for obviously, and I explained to her what the problem was and had the automated system refused to send me to my cardiologist's office and she got through to them and had them call me and I explained why I would not participate in a check-in online and she said she wasn't aware that the automated system was doing what I was telling her and that the online check-in shouldn't be asking the information about gender and pronouns, and she would look into that as well. Unfortunately, I explained to her that I spoke to the doctor about that the last time, and he said he would have them look into it and I guess being as busy as he is something his patient tells him is not correct wasn't as important to him as it was me so I advised them that very likely tomorrow when I see the doctor, it will be my last time because I will not participate with any doctors that are as woke as this doctor or the Valley medical group is.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
