Excellent experience as always. Dr. Higgins and his staff are all caring, courteous professionals. Dr. Higgins takes the time to explain things and answers all your questions. I have been seeing him for almost 10 years and the experience has not changed.

After my experience with Dr. Patrick Higgins who perform my eye surgery I recommend him to everyone who needs his help. It was the best experience I ever had with an operation and I have had several. If I can give him more than five stars I would. God bless you and God bless his hands and wisdom!

I've been going to Dr. Higgins for many years. He has performed surgery on me and I am happy with his performance and with the professionalism of the staff. My complaint is with the wait times which are very long in my opinion. Typically over two hours before the Dr. sees me. His office in North Bergen has metered street parking and frequently I have to leave the waiting room to add time to the meter. If they could improve the wait time I would give 5 stars. My latest visit was 06-29-2022. The appointment was scheduled for 8:30 am in hopes of reducing the wait time but to no avail. Still over two hours.
