List of Pm Pediatrics. Paramus's Reviews
My toddler went in because he was sick. They administered a Covid exam on him. That was 3 days ago and we still haven’t received the results. They purposely never answer the phone when you call as if they don’t want to explain to people what they’re doing with all these exams that they’re administering and not providing the results. They do the bare minimum. Good luck going there.
This place is the worst place to bring your children. First time I came, instead of testing my baby for COVID or for the flu they just made me assume my baby had a virus. When I asked what virus they said they didn’t know and couldn’t tell me. I asked for antibiotics and they refused. I then went to the ER because I was really concerned and he came back positive from COVID. It’s more than 3+ hours wait then they call you and make you wait more than 40+ minutes inside. I went in recently to test my baby again because he needs the clearance for daycare and they refused to test him for COVID. I am beyond frustrated with their lack of professionalism and lack of communication.
Zero customer focus - Will never visit them again nor will recommend the place to anyone.
Refused to give me a Covid re-test. I came into the room after waiting on line from 9am-11, and told the nurse why I was coming in to get a Covid retest. She instantly was pressing me with questions on why I’m getting retested, I told her if I have a negative Covid test I no longer have to be quarantined. She then left the room for 10 minutes came back in and refused to give me a retest saying they “don’t do retests” multiple times. After quarantining for 7 days, if you test negative you no longer have to quarantine, according to google. I told her this many times and she kept refusing. Will not be coming back.
If you are going here for a Covid test don’t waist your time this is why everyone else is booked and they are not. They will refuse to complete the Rapid test even though I told them over 200 people may be effected due to the nature of my work with multiple symptoms present and told me it’s a 24 hour turn around time for the PCR but then changed the story when I called the next day asking for the results they said it will not get your result for 2 to 3 days.
Do not come to this location for a rapid covid test. We made an appointment at this location and specifically noted that we wanted to get a rapid covid test. When we got there the front desk said they don't typically give out rapid tests. If we went in to see the doctor they will most likely not give us the test and we should just cancel the appointment. We asked them to explain why they would refuse us the test and they went on to say that the test is inaccurate and that they are just following CDC guidelines which they were not and why would you advertise the rapid test on your website if you think it is inaccurate? Don't waste your time with this place. And to the customer experience team don't ask me to contact you again because we already spoke and you were zero help.
I went to this urgent care center saying that there was a message at my daughters daycare that someone had RSV and now she was exhibiting the symptoms of it. They examined my child (Dr Silverman?) and said she just has a cold. Two days later I had to rush her to the ER where she was admitted for respiratory distress. They did a nasal swab and confirmed she had RSV. I am very disappointed that my concerns were not addressed and the doctor could have done a simple nose swab to prove that I was right or wrong and did not. I will never go back. It has been hell at the hospital watching my daughter on oxygen and failing multiple other treatments. The doctors at the ER said “it’s because she’s had the virus for so long now so it will take a while to get better.”
I went to pm pediatrics twice for covid testing and both of the times they claimed for non-covid testing to my insurance so we received the bill. If this only happened once, I would not leave a negative review. But since this happened again, I want to warn everyone. After receiving a bill, i called pm pediatrics and they said they will refund me after my insurance pay them. So I called the insurance, and I found out they charged for something that is not covid testing. Then I had to call back pm pediatrics to correct it.Also even with the reservation, my family had to wait for an hour. And one out of 5 results came back after 4 days which made one of my kid to stay home with no school for 3 days. I ended up getting tested from another location to get the result faster.Don’t waste your time!!
Poor customer service from the front desk and FILTHY unsanitary facilities. Literally soiled diapers on the floor in the restroom When I pointed this out “Sara” told be it “wasn’t her job” to address the issue. Definitely AVOID THIS LOCATION!
Paramus location. Terrible. Had a 4:15 appt, took them 1 1/2 hours to see us. Receptionists were unable to answer simple questions, couldn’t even give a rough estimate on wait times, completely clueless. Got seen by an assistant then waited ages again to see the doctor. Doctor & assistant were good but everything else was very sub par. DO NOT USE, absolutely would not trust this place in an emergency.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
