Saw Dr. Keanchong for the first time and she was absolutely HORRIBLE to me. Wouldn't listen to me and kept interrupting me. Was extremely condescending in the way she spoke. Told me I needed to have a procedure done due, and when I asked how painful it would be, she told me she had a patient pass out. Who says that? Especially to someone who has anxiety, which was clearly in my chart and obvious as I was scared and anxious. Also, her nurse in the beginning was asking me what medical problems I have, and was writing them down on a tiny post it. Seriously? Never again.

I delivered a month ago and absolutely loved my care through my pregnancy here. I saw all three doctors who were all professional, caring, and knowledgeable. I never had to wait for more than 5-10 minutes for an appointment and had plenty of time to ask questions at each visit. Highly recommend this practice!

Great experience with Prospect OBGYN Knowledgeable, kind, and attentive doctor Jimenez. The staff is friendly, the office is well-run, very clean and appointments are smooth. Highly recommend!

Doctor seemed ok, front office is as bad as it gets. My wife there and we had issue with the way it is billed. We reached out multiple times and either said they will call us back or doesn’t pickup. Definitely will not be going here again.

This is my second attempt at leaving a review, the first mysteriously disappeared. During my care with this practice I felt mistreated, unimportant and unwanted. My visits were always rushed, my pregnancy symptoms ( severe depression) never heard and my concerns about c-section laughed at. Bed side manners here are unprofessional. The front desk staff seemed miserable and were rude every single time I had a visit. Pregnancy is a hard time, at the very least I’d expect an obstetricians office's to employ people that want to help woman get through these difficult periods- this office did not. Shameful.

0/10 experience. I highly suspect they are removing bad reviews. Front desk told us wrong time for appointment and then made it out to be our fault and didn’t see us. When asking about a v-back my wife was scoffed at. What else can I say?

Dr. Ross was the reason I went to this practice as she had great reviews. I can also agree with the reviews, wait time was not an issue, she was kind and attentive, and took the time to listen to my needs. I look forward to being an ongoing patient of hers!
