The Robert Zubowski Md, Center For Plastic And Reconstructive Surgery's Online Review Report Card

I never normally write reviews for doctors But I feel I need to. My first experience is I show up for my appointment to get a procedure and I was told in advance that I had to pay out-of-pocket a certain amount which I was fine with, so I proceed to give the receptionist my FSA card And she proceeds to go into another office to run the card, she proceeds to come out of the office and tells me that my card was not accepted, which I cannot understand because I have plenty of money in that card and the card knew I was going to make that big purchase. My husband goes outside to call the FSA AND EXPLAINS IT TO THEM AND THEY SAID JUST HAVE THEM WAIT 15 MINUTES AND RUN IT AGAIN. IN THE MEANTIME THEY WON’T DO ANY PROCEDURE ON ME UNTIL I GIVE THEM THEIR MONEY SO SHE PROCEEDED TO TELL ME IF I PAID ON MY CREDIT CARD. THEY’LL REIMBURSE ME, BUT THEY’LL ALSO CHARGE ME AN EXTRA FEE BECAUSE I’M USING MY CREDIT CARD AND OF COURSE IT WENT THROUGH WITH NO PROBLEM. I just do not understand why she had to go in another room to run my FSA card. I’ve never had any doctors office do that. It’s always ran through the same machine as a regular credit card. so now the doctor is ready to do my procedure and he numbs my area where he’s doing the procedure and during my procedure, his cell phone rings and he proceeds to excuse himself and say he’s sorry, but he was waiting for this call all day and leaves the room, and it was not the call he was waiting for so he proceeds to continue to dodo my procedure Only to stop again a few minutes later to answer the phone because this time it was the call he’s been waiting for. it just blows my mind. I have never ever experienced that before. anyway, long story short, I thought what he did was absolutely rude and unprofessional in my eyes. I had to go back for a follow up for them to remove my stitches and also so she could try to run my FSA card again so I wouldn’t have to get charged an extra fee because I’m using my debit card and again she took my FSA card and went into another room and came back out and said it was declined again which again just blows my mind I’ve never had that problem so I don’t know what kind of practice they are running and how they do business, but I would never recommend this office again. The doctor did his procedure and I never saw him again. He didn’t even check to see anything. He just sent his nurse to remove the stitches and then I had to go again for a follow up just so they could show me how to apply cream on my scar and massage it for scar tissue, which literally took two minutes so unnecessary and a waste of my time because I could’ve done that and have been doing it at home by myself with the cream that I had ordered online the same type they recommend I buy from their office! well, that’s my experience. I hope this is helpful to anybody who is looking for a plastic surgeon

Words can hardly do justice to how incredible my experience with Dr. Zubowski and his phenomenal team has been. From the very first call to my follow-up visits, every single interaction has been marked by professionalism, kindness, and a level of care that is truly unmatched. He is calm and confident which is paired with an eye for detail and artistry that sets him apart in every way. His staff? Absolute angels. Every team member I worked with has been warm and caring. I was never made to feel treated like "just another patient." It’s clear they love what they do and care deeply about their patients. The results exceeded every hope and expectation I had. I left feeling not just transformed on the outside, but lifted on the inside, too. If I could rate this team higher than 5 stars, I would a thousand times over. Dr. Zubowski and his team are extraordinary and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Totally satisfied!

Stellar experience! Friendly staff/ lovely atmosphere/ Beautiful results. I must add that NP Joanna was amazing & I’d highly recommend her to anyone. Joanna checks all the boxes when it comes to being thorough/ knowledgeable & a true professional in her field. I look forward to continued visits through this office due to the above mentioned. I can’t say enough about how I look and feel after just one visit….. a visibly/ yet subtle change to my appearance and I couldn’t be happier ! A huge thank you to Joanna for taking her time with me to be certain everything was to my liking… Much appreciated / It’s a 10 for me!!

After having a bad experience with one plastic surgeon, I decided to make an appointment with Dr. Zubowski for a consultation. From the moment I walked into the beautiful waiting room, I felt comfortable right away. Surprisingly, I did not have to wait very long to see the doctor which is very rare. When I first met with Dr. Zubowski, I was surprised by how humble he is considering he is named as one of the top doctors in the area with glowing reviews. He took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all my questions and didn't pressure me in any way. I also liked the idea of the operating room being right on the premises. I immediately knew I was in the right place and spoke to Dana the same day to schedule surgery. Five weeks ago, the procedures I had were a neck lift, lip lift, fat injections in my cheeks and dermabrasion around my mouth area. Everything went smoothly, and I couldn't be happier. The recovery room nurse was very attentive and always available if I needed anything. I am still recovering, but the results are dramatic, and my husband is absolutely thrilled! He is even thinking of having his own procedure done! Dr. Zubowski is amazing. I will definitely recommend him to my family and friends. I also have to include his NP Joanna who I saw at my post-op appointments. She explained everything in detail and made me feel very comfortable. She was always available at any time either by phone or email. I also have to mention Dana who is the greatest! She answered my multitude of questions quickly and professionally. I don't know what I would have done without her! I really can't say enough about Dr. Zubowski and his entire staff. They definitely went above and beyond with every detail. We also love the new wing for weight loss and wellness procedures -- including the Prism machine which we love. This office is definitely the right choice for any plastic or reconstructive surgery.

I can’t say enough good things about this practice. Finding a surgeon you are comfortable with can be daunting and Dr. Zubowski, Dana, and all of their staff do not disappoint. I’ve had several procedures done here over several years, some necessary and some elective, and the care and attention has never faltered. He’s changed my life in the most positive ways and I am forever grateful for him.

I have to brag about my pre-cancerous mole that was removed from Dr. Zubowski! He did such a wonderful job and it is so clean and my scar is barely noticeable! I highly recommend him and his staff. Thank you so much I will definitely be back for other procedures in the future!

From the initial consultation, Dr. Zubowski and his amazing team were everything I could hope for. The patient coordinator, Dana walked me through the million questions I had after the consultation and through the scheduling process. Everyone was extremely attentive, thoroughly explaining the procedure and setting such a comfortable, safe space. I am in love with the results! Post-surgery, Rima and Dr. Zubowski provided the most caring and nurturing aftercare. I highly recommend Dr. Zubowski and his team to anyone considering cosmetic surgery.

Very disappointing...I went in for an implant removal, lift and back lipo. I woke up with 8" incisions under each breast and as of today the only lipo on my back was minimal because he used the outside incisions on my breasts so only a small area could be addressed. I made sure and asked over and over (Dr. Zubowksi and Dana) that my WHOLE back would have lipo, but no, that did not happen (they lied to me). Over $26,000 and I was left with sad results, glue which was dripped on my skin which has not gone away, an allergic reaction, difficulty reaching the office due to phone issues. And when I tried to talk about this with Dr. Zubowski, he said we would address it at a later time. I do not recommend him to anyone and if you're contemplating using him, please think again. There are a lot of great doctors out there, unfortunately I chose the wrong one!

Absolutely beyond grateful to Dr. Zubowski! After enduring six surgeries, I was starting to lose hope. But then I met Dr. Zubowski, who not only provided outstanding medical expertise but also treated me with such compassion and care. His meticulous attention to detail and dedication to my recovery was evident every step of the way. The breast reconstruction he performed has truly transformed my life, giving me confidence and a sense of self I never thought possible again. I feel like I have my life back, thanks to him. I can’t recommend Dr. Zubowski enough – he is a true miracle worker and an amazing human being.
