Dr. Lopresti was friendly and able to prescribe medication for my condition. I immediately felt better as he said I would. Pet peeve: ALL MD should walk into the examination room look at the patient and introduce themselves.

While it pains me to write this review, I feel it's important to share my honest feedback for the benefit of others. My family and I have been long-time patients of this doctor, but our recent experiences have been disappointing and unacceptable. When I called the office to address discomfort after my eye check-up, the doctor did not follow up with me, and the office staff was unhelpful and unresponsive. Unfortunately, my sister's experience was just as bad as today. She called the office because of an eye problem causing discomfort, but the doctor/office was dismissive and told her that there was nothing he /they could do. When we asked for an appointment with a specialist in the office, the staff was not concerned and scheduled it for two months from now. This is unacceptable for a medical office that should prioritize patient care. As a result, I cannot recommend this office to anyone anymore.

I have been a long-time patient of this doctor, and while I have appreciated his care in the past, my recent experiences have been disappointing. I have known Dr. LoPresti for many years and have always found him to be an excellent doctor. He is extremely knowledgeable, and very caring,. If you have an emergency, you can get an appointment. Unlike most doctors, if you have a question he calls back!
