Great, professional cardiologist. Dr. Rhee was very patient with my daughter, explained everything to her so my daughter could understand, very gentle and kind.

She's great with kids. Very nice and very thorough. Explains everything and doesnt rush at all. I would give the nurses a 0 star today. No bedside manner, not friendly at all. It's a pediatric doctor's office. You should be friendly with the kids so they feel comfortable. She didnt say anything to my daughter and was saying, take off her clothes, put her on the table, put her on the weight scale, lay her down. You can be a little friendlier to the kids. Interact with them. It wont kill you. They're already scared and nervous as it is. Doctors Rhee came in and changed everything. Daughter felt comfortable and calm right away with her. She's great and def recommend. Definitely calms the parents too.

Great experience with Dr. Rhee My wife is pregnant and we are here for the Fetal cardiology exam. Dr. Rhee was experienced and explained things pretty clear to us. The staffs are great and friendly.

Very rude and unpleasant customer service. All these people should be fired and replaced by someone who’s polite and smiles from time to time . We are talking about the pediatric cardiology!!!! Shame on you !!!!!!

The doctor was nice and professional but the receptionist in her office was very rude and unkind. The receptionist made me feel very uncomfortable. It is pediatric cardiology office, but the receptionist didn’t smile at all and kinda disrespectful.

LOVE HER!!! got my daughter in right away! handled she case and put us with a specialist in the city for surgery. All within two weeks. Staff was excellent as well!!

Would never recommend, staff very rude and unprofessional (with exception to one lady in the back). I was recommended here on false presumptions — I’m sure just for money. Doctor Rhee was snappy and rude and curt. Not helpful, did not show the ultrasound and when I asked she said she couldn’t stretch her arm. Awful experience especially when pregnant. Now they’re billing my insurance for $4,470! And now they want to bill for $800 on top of out of pocket co pay (so again misleading). Awful practice. Do not go here. Unethical and uninviting.

I agree with many of many of the reviewers here. My baby and I had a terrible experience. One of the staff members was very rude and slammed the door at us because the baby was crying. Also, Dr. Rhee was very unfriendly and did not seem to care about the baby at all. I'm glad that we will never return here again. I'm going to tell my pediatrician to not recommend this place due to the unpleasant experience.

Extremely rude and demeaning and violent. She got frustrated at the echogram progress because my baby wasn’t in an optimal position, so to my surprise, she took her ultrasound probe and violently slammed my pregnant belly, hard, a couple times during her frustration. I was appalled and scared. She was also violent when she ripped at the print-outs because it was jamming up. She had ZERO bed-side manners and used her ultrasound probe to unapologetically batter my stomach during my appointment with her.
