I've had several problems with this provider. This time was the last straw. I called to schedule an appointment with Dr. Sim in the Landing office. I scheduled the appointment about a month ahead of time, he's only there twice a month. I show up to the Landing office at my scheduled time and the office is closed. I called and explained the problem, that they must have scheduled me for the wrong office and I need an appointment to get my meds refilled. So, I go see the dr. in Parsippany and assume all is well. Then I get a bill for a no show for the original appointment in Landing which they had down as Parsippany. I called billing and they tell me the office has to rectify it. I had to call the office manager, Mariette, 4 times. She never called me back but during one of the 20 minute hold times the front desk person gets on the phone and says Mariette will waive the charge this one time but next time it'll be $125.00! For the mistake THEY made? I don't think so!

Dr. Sim is the BEST. If i could give 10 stars I would! He is so knowledgeable,kind, and really listens and wants to help. I met him during my pregnancy with SI joint issues and has continued to treat me afterwards with trigger shots. Can’t recommend him enough!!

Dr. Sim listened to all my comments and asked questions relating to my problem. He offered me a possible outlet for my nerve pain. He has been very responsive and caring to my needs.
