The doctor is intelligent but her policy put you in big trouble. My daughter had fever on Monday I called them. The receptionist told they don’t see sick patient in person so I did COVID test for my daughter and Covid report came negative. Now after five days it’s Saturday and still the fever was not going away. So I called the doctor again and requested to see her in person. But receptionist said “doctor doesn’t want to see the sick child as doctor is afraid of the infection “ that was the stupid reason I heard from any doctor. Now I am looking for new doctor. Because staying with this doctor will definitely put me in big trouble one day. So beware of this business minded doctors. They are running behind money only. They don’t care about your child’s health at all .. 😡😡

After keeping us waiting for more than 90 mins, she couldn't even allocate 10 mins consulting time, and in those 10 mins, more than half the time she just spent in typing in the prescription.

Amazing doctor. She is friendly with babies and parents and addresses our concerns. Happy to have her as my baby’s pediatrician. Available on call when needed

Very very caring doctor and her staff, yes wait time is long, but one must understand that would you rather go to doctor that shoo you away or someone who takes time to answer your questions for your child.

My children went to Dr Rajkumar for 9 years, over the years she has changed her front staff a fee times. The past two women she had working for her went out and beyond and treated me and my children like family. Doctor Rajkumar is sweet and fits the same description. The past few month she hired a new receptionist named Evelyn, she was nice at first but I don’t know what happened over the course of the few month she would contantly hang up the phone on me and play it off that it was a bad connection. I had my mother and husband call different occasions and she didn't have phone problems with them only when I called. Another time was when I went with my children for an appointment and usually the wait time is 15 minutes and I waited 45-1hr wait time. I figured it was just a bad day for them . My children my were seen and the doctor told receptionist to make copy of script and I was basically done with appt. She had me waiting there for another 45 min and the nurse saw me and asked me why I was still there and I told her she apologized to me and gave me the prescription slip. I am very patient because I can respect their working. I ignored this alot until I tried getting an appointment for my 6 month old daughter having a rash all over her leg and stomach. Being a mother of 3 i called the pediatrician, of course the same receptionist hung up on me and I recalled. I finally got thru asking to speak to Dr. Rajkumar to see if I can see her since its the end of the day and worried it might be a reaction. She told me the doctor wouldn’t come to the phone( not like our doctor)& to call 911 or go to ER. She didn’t show any sympathy or kindness she wouldn’t put me on the schedule the fact that the doctor was open till eveing hours, just uncalled for. I ended up going to Concentra Medical literally down rt 46 and she just had a reaction to her lunch and she had shallow breathing she was given medicine. This was the turning point and I had to say something to the pediatrician. I don’t know what was said to Dr. Rajkumar but it seems like she knows how to play people and get her way. I personally spoke to Dr. Rajkumar and discussed the hang ups, rudeness and dismissive behavior surprisingly she didn’t take my side. Upsetting I have known Dr. Rajkumar for 9 years just sad I wasn’t heard. If they don’t like you the front desk will bully you out of the office passive aggressively. Doctor won’t listen to compliant and listens to the staff she hired. It’s ashame because in the beginning of her practice I never had such hostility towards me until she hired the receptionist who has red curly hair and you can tell she trained new women who work with her and the cattyness oozes to them. I did confront the receptionist and she had no sympathy, she just didn’t care. So pretty obvious what she thought of me. The doctor called me to ask me what happened and I told her I am switching because of the rude receptionist. I don’t need anxiety calling my pediatrician office for my child health or to make appointments. That’s when she said I can be suffering from my baby blues. That’s unfair to me and my children. I have never complained for the past 9 years because there was never a problem to complain about & for her to say that was not nice. Women do go PPD &that natural. This is my experience and my truth.

Very nice doctor. She is very approachable and friendly. We used to visit her for our both daughters even though we were in Edison. We have move to California and we will definitely miss her.

Had never seen such a caring doctor ever in my life. She attends ur call and answers ur questions even if it was not that important. She keeps track of kid’s health by calling and checking if the health issue is solved.
