Chelsea Kleen's Online Review Report Card

I visited their location in Parsippany on September 27, 2022 for a cataract consultation. Dr. Chelsea Kleen told me I would receive a call within a few days from their Surgical Center to schedule my cataract surgery. Nobody called me. I called several times, but nobody returned my calls. I went to another provider, and have had the lenses in both of my eyes replaced. Yesterday, March 21, 2023 I received a bill from Omni Eye Services in the amount of $257.23 which I will reluctantly pay

Dr. Kleen,, my visit to Omni eye was very professional and satisfying today, I left the office knowing that I am in good hands there was no questions to ask because you covered everything and you made me feel safe, thanks to you and your staff,, GUS

I saw Dr. Kleen At Omni Eye Svces in Parsippany during the COVID crisis. I was instructed to wear a mask and gloves when coming into the offices. I complied. I was very surprised that the doctor and the assistant came in with no mask and no gloves. I was alarmed to see that to say the least. When I asked the doctor to please use gloves if she was going to touch my face, her response was : “You cannot díctate how we do our job. We do the job how we want, if you don’t like that, go to someone else”. That is not the level of professional and safety procedures we need at this time.

I was in pain w a cataract my surgery is a month from now. This Dr was very rude on the phone to me. She said there was nothing on my chart that said I was in pain. Also that cataract was not painful. If she had really looked at my chart she would have see that's why I went to the eye surgeon. Who goes to a eye surgeon if they are not in pain. Anyway she was very rude and condicending to me. Wow. The first time I was ever spoke so rudely like this from any Dr . I would definitely not make an appointment with her. So many nice drs in this place

Dr. Kleen is an incredibly fantastic doctor that I discovered by accident. I was experiencing severe post-op eye problems. I had to see an eye doctor immediately during this time and she was the only doctor available in several Omni offices late in the day. So I had no choice to take that opening and went to the Parsippany office. She has a very personable personality that you feel instantly. She was so informative throughout my first eye problem examination. She definitely understood my concerns. My wife and I looked at each other as we walked out of Omni and shared the exact same feeling and thoughts! She patiently took all the time that was necessary and told me EVERYthing I needed to hear that was going on w/ my eye grief. For my follow-up visits I could have went to any other Omni office to see any Omni doctor. However I chose to see only Dr. Kleen. In the following visits I took the time to thank her for her gifted talents. I told her I have her on the top of the pedestal when comparing her to ANY other doctors I had experienced for ANY other health condition throughout my life. There is definitely no way to evaluate her on a rating of 1-10. She is way above and off the charts! I am extremely satisfied I had experienced her. I wish there could be a way for other doctors in every and any other field of medicine that could learn from her. Omni Eye Services is very lucky and fortunate to have such a valuable doctor on their staff. I wish and hope Omni Upper Management would recognize this and choose to never let go off such a gifted and fantastic doctor. Forever. The world is such a better place having people like Dr. Kleen in it.
