The 'doctor' refuse to fill out request for a needed medication. She said that it is 'too much paper work'. Can you believe it! And she call herself a doctor!

Dr. Song was disorganized and rude. She does not care about the well being of patients and griped about the work she would have to do for me as a patient. If I could give her zero stars I would. Horrible experience and would not recommend this doctor to anyone!

I needed to get an immunization record confirmed and I called several doctors on the approved list who had no idea what I meant. Finally when I called Dr Song she knew right away, and said I could come right on down to her office. I was in and out in only 20 minutes. She was very professional and patient with me. Very pleasant. I'd recommend her to anyone, especially if you need a Mandarin-speaking doctor.

she cares about the patient! Last time i was there for some small routine checks and i showed her my medical report from a blood test 6 months ago. She gave me some suggestions that my prior family doc did not care at all.... She also gave me some other detailed suggestions on diet, etc. A very nice and caring doctor!
