I went to this doctor my annual physical exam and the next thing that I know is that I am getting a bill from Quest for ~$200. Annual physical is fully covered under any insurance. Talking to Quest, they said that the doctor has incorrectly coded the claim. I spoke to her office many times and each time, I was talking to a new person (I think it was a revolving door that employees were not staying with her) and she kept saying that she has resubmitted but Quest said that they never received any updated claims from her. At the end, I had to pay for the mistake that she made. She wouldn't accept her mistake and makes the patient pay for her mistake. If she cannot submit a proper claim just for an annual exam, I can only imagine how bad she must be for other diagnosis. I will not go to her ever again.

Treated my mother like a second class citizen and barking rude remarks at simple questions any patient would have for their HEALTH CARE PROVIDER. Avoid this dump.

Absolutely do not see this doctor. This staff and doctor is extremely unprofessional and is just looking to get paid. My mother was a longtime patient until the doctor decided that she no longer wanted to see my mother. Instead of being straightforward and telling us to find another PCP, they played games and told us the doctor was out of town for a month. They did this multiple times and still wouldn’t have been straightforward with us had we not gotten angry. Absolutely ridiculous. Terrible service.

Very rude and worst doctor, I never see person in my life like her. She don’t have respect Word in her dictionary. I think she need a doctor for herself. She’s very rude with her patient and her stuff. My Aunty cry so much after she come home just because of her. Can’t tolerate like this people.
