Service is slow and very discourteous. Won't answer questions because "she's very busy and doesn't have the time for me" and very rude when speaking to me, attitude was condescending. Hope they improve that. -Review from my mother.

Great physician. Knowledgeable, up to date practice and friendly compassionate and takes time to hear what you are saying. Easy to contact. Call and leave message or email. Able to do telehealth sessions. Always accomodating and courteous

Dr chi's receptionist scheduled my first appointment when he was on vacation and the office was closed. She seemed inept and unprofessional Over the phone. I needed the appoitment for a referral And I missed a day of work for this ghost appointment.
