Dr. Lizzi is kind, sweet and beautiful but not experienced. I had no problem with her until the paste 2 years when my eyes got problem for the first time. She is incapable of giving me good advice to treat my dry eyes problem; therefore, I have no choice but seek help from a different doctor. The new OD advised me to use a better brand of eye drops and take good brand of fish oil that I can purchase online from Amazon. My eyes was killing me at that time but got immediately relief after I used the new eye drops. I called Dr. Greenspan (the owner) and gave him my feedback and he just defensed his employee Dr. Lizzi. The new OD also found out my reading glasses are too strong and I got it from Dr. Lizzi less than 5 months ago. last week I visited another OD out of my pocket for the 2nd opinion before I purchased a new pairs of glasses. The 2nd OD gave me the same result and comments: the reading glasses are too strong. I called Dr. Greenspan to request a new pair of lens for free, but his assistant called back. They will honor 20% off only which is $16!!!!! Very irresponsible. I would not go back there for any eye check up. When your eyes are healthy without any problem, you cannot tell if the doctor is good or NOT. DON’T jeopardize your health. Go for other better doctors who are more experienced. Note 6/7/17: I went for an annual physical yesterday and asked my PCP about dry eyes problem. Even she knew Systane Ultra is a great eye drops (I got it from Costco). I also mentioned I'm taking fish oil upon the suggestion from the new ophthalmologist. She also commented that fish oil is great for your heart and dry eye problems. She even told me if the situation got worse, I can ask my ophthalmologist for a prescription medicine while Dr. Lizzi never gave me those advice. Dr. Lizzi told me to use "thera tears" (that's it) and did not offer any other better way to help me. Thera Tears worked a bit in the beginning, but after 1 year when my dry eye problem got worse, it did not work at all. While my eyes were killing me, Dr. Lizzi had no other way to make me feel better. I'm so glad I finally changed to other ophthalmologists for better advice. I need my eyes function well in order to perform my day-to-day job, just like most of you.

Saw Dr. Lizzi for the first time. She was pleasant and very thorough. Spent like 1.5 hours in office on exam and then view for cataracts. Ended up needing glasses. Highly recommended.
