Excellent staff. Answers all the calls and respond in a timely manner. Talented doctor. He knows his business. My entire family see him and he is our primary care doctor since past 6 months. No complaints so far. Highly recommended!

I wish I could be able to share my experience without giving even a single star, I would like to die at my home than go to this doctor again. My husband was in hospital last night and was told to follow up with physician I called Dr and he told me to come 8 in morning and when I called at desk that we want to see Dr and Dr told us to come at 8 desk receptionist told me to come 11.45 we reached there at 11.40 and wait for our turn for 45 minute and when it was our turn shr doesn't allow me to go with my husband assistant was pushing me and saying dr will come to you and Dr said if I want to discuss something about my husband's health 8 have to wait again so he could see his 4,5 more patients and than at the end he can discuss something about my husband, so we have to wait again, wow isn't it amazing . And the assistant was calling me ridiculous and she was being so rude and pushing me again and again , what a disrespectful behavior they are having for their client's. I would never never never recommend this doctor

If I was able to give no stars I would have. It was my first time going to this office for a physical. I told the dr I’ve been struggling with putting weight on and had very low energy. He immediately told me those were symptoms of AIDS without even asking me further questions about my medical background/history. He didn’t seem like he cared and He rushed me out of his office so quickly. I never felt more disrespected by a doctor in my entire life. The front desk girls were also very rude and nasty. I will never recommend this doctor to anyone.

Today was my first time going to this office. I went in for my yearly check up. The facility was super clean. The front desk and nurses we kind and effient. Dr Patel was friendly and informative. I highly recommend this physician.

Dr kamal Patel is a very good doctor but his receptionist and whoever is working there, they have very bad attitude. Hang up the phone without listening the concerns.Very bad service. Really shocked by getting that kind of service.I just needed to refill my prescription but the receptionist doesn’t want to listen at all and she told that doctor will give me a call. But I have doubt that she will give that message to the doctor. Very very bad service. Hopefully Dr. kamal Patel read this message.
