I have multiple fractures in my foot. Dr. Poylangda was helpful, informative, and taught me what I needed to know in terms of recovery, etc. and helped me with crutch use. He made me feel at ease.

Dr Poylangada is pleasant and thorough. His front desk receptionist unfortunately is awful enough to say it’s not worth going to this office over. She has been rude and unpleasant every time I’ve had to go. After speaking to My husband he said he also found her to be rude and unpleasant. No doubt there are just as competent doctors but who have great staff. Won’t be going back

Dr. Poylangada is fabulous. As other reviewers stated, he moves quickly, so my advice would be to have your questions prepared and he will thoroughly answer all. What worked for me was to ask him to have his medical assistant write down information to follow-up on, (i.e. - referrals, information, recommendations) as he tends to think, speak and move quickly. He has helped me with my various foot issues over the years and I have developed a positive dr.-patient rapport with him. He understands about quality-of-life and does not necessarily recommend surgery as a fix-all to every patient walking in the door.

Visited this podiatrist at the Parsippany foot and ankle location for removal of plantar warts. I wanted warts surgically removed as my son was returning to college. Doctor told my son not to do it on the day of the appointment if he had something important to do in the next 3-5 days but to come back. My son needed this advice and returned the next week to get the warts removed. Then we were charged $125 for a "chemical treatment" for the first visit, which is ridiculous. I was told well maybe that would have taken care of it (which it certainly would NOT have). I feel this was a way to bill for two visits and charge for a needless chemical treatment.

We had a wonderful experience with this Dr after seeing another who was harsh, impatient and hurried. Dr. Poylangada was very gentle, took his time and listened, explained things. I would highly recommend him and think he is wonderful!! Feel very well cared for.
