I’ve been in and out of community medical center since June she has been with me the whole time and has been a ray of hope. You can tell that she truly cares about you as a person and about you getting better you are not just a number to her. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and the concerns that your family members have. My wife and I have grown attached to her. She would always put a smile on your face whenever you saw her. You know you are in good hands under her care.

I was in RWBarnabas Community Medical Center in late July after having an attack of what is most likely a kidney stone. Dr. Ayad was assigned as my doctor. What I most appreciated was her treating me as a patient and not as a heart or a kidney. She spoke plainly and directly, explained what the tests showed and what they did not. I appreciated that she asked my opinion and then commented on my opinion and then provided her view. I saw several doctors while in the ER and in the Hospital. Dr. Ayad stood out among the rest
