Anyone can just walk in and make fraud here. They don't verify id nor ssn. Someone used my information to get services and now I am being sent to collections. I call them on regular business hours and they don't pick up the call. This is a very shady place. Watch out.

Just got hit with collection. First off I want to know why I am being billed separately for a MD. I went to RWJ ER. Isn't the doctor employed by the hospital. Why am I being charged for the ER visit and for the doctor they employ. Double dipping?

BE CAREFUL! Their doctors DO NOT inform your that they are out-of-network, treat you, and Envision and the doctors make a fortune off of YOU. If you live in NYS, or one of several other states that has laws AGAINST SURPRISE BILLS, use these protections! If you are NOT informed AND/OR have NO CHOICE to get treatment from an in-network doctor and live in NY, contact your insurance to file a claim for Suprise/No Choice bills. Others, PLEASE check on your states' laws and use them, your State's Attorney General and other consumer advocates to protect yourself against the HARM that this company is doing.They are costing hard working Americans the shirt off their back by putting them in default or bankruptcy. This company contracts with hospitals to provide doctors, residents and physician assistants for Emergency Rooms. Regardless of the hospital being in-network, the treating "doctors" are out-of-network. Why? Because insurance companies pay more for out-of-network services than in-network. This company uses this to their advantage, takes payment from insurance (if you have out-of-network coverage) and then bills YOU for the difference.
