Doesn't treat patients at ER, but has a nurse do it and then you get a bill from him, even though you had no idea that the Dr. at the ER doesn't work for the hospital. This man and his practice should be put in jail for this practice. It's an abuse and should be a crime - and then he hides behind a "billing agency" so that you can't communicate with him. Shame on you.
