My experience yesterday with Dr Shaw and her office was more than pleasant! I was very unsettled about my first Mohs surgery and from the moment I arrived, no from the pre-visit telephone call, I was reassured and informed about what was to happen! No surprises, just obviously competent professionals who did not make me feel as if I was a bother. Questions were answered, instructions were given that I understood, and most importantly, I was encouraged and supported. In these post COVID days so many things have changed! Human interaction and basic kindness seem to have been replaced by isolation and distrust to the point of fear. Many people, myself included, are hesitant to do the things we need to do for our own well-being. Happily, I was able to report today when Lisa telephoned to inquire how I was doing, that all is more than well. This has been an "adventure" with a happy ending, leaving me braver and ready to take on whatever comes next! Thank you Dr Shaw and Company!

I have called them like 30+ Times. Every time they asked me to leave message and “ someone will call ASAP”… waiting for three days now 🙃

She's no longer accepting new patients - so just FYI if you are looking at her practice based on reviews, it may not work out. It's very difficult to get insurance company websites updated with this info.

Very comfortable with the Dr in a very uncomfortable place never felt the Novacaine or the needles that I had to get very relaxed will recommend to others

Best doctor I have ever been to! Dr. Shah really does care about all her patients and she spends the time she needs with each person. She doesn't get look at your skin for 30 seconds and prescribe something and leave the room. She genuinely cares!

Took my toddler to a dermatologist who placed cyro on a wart without numbing cream on my 3.5 year old - horrible experience! I went for a second opinion with Dr. Shah who was so kind and attentive to needs of pediatric patients. She said she would never use cryo on a 3 year old knowing how much it hurts and ended up removing it with some local anesthetic and my son did great. She took her time to discuss all possible diagnoses. Office staff was also very nice and helpful. Would totally recommend this office and Dr. Shah!

I had the Best experience "Ever" (for a surgical procedure)!! Staff was courteous, Dr. Shah was very informative taking the time to walk/talk me through the procedure & answer any questions I had. Dr. Shah talked me through every step and what I was to anticipate/feel etc. Absolutely put me at ease!! Both Dr. Shah & the assistants have excellent bedside manor! Excellent pre & post follow up regarding the procedure from her staff. I "Highly" recommend Dr. Shah and her staff. Outstanding!!!

Can't say enough good things about Dr. Shah and her associates. Took me through my procedure start to finish with great communication pre & post surgery, Put me at ease during the procedure. Staff was courteous & made the whole experience stress free. I'm keep them in my contacts in the event I or a family member or friend ever need their help. Look no further!, Doesn't get any better then this!
